I bought shoes and a bag that are…

I bought shoes and a bag that are absolutely GORGEOUS, even more than I imagined they would be. I was worried about breaking in the leather-soled flats based off previous experiences but am shocked how soft the leather is, it feels like there will be no break-in needed.

Minor technical issues

The website jumps back to top when you open specific item and come back to the list. Was annoying to scroll every time to where I stopped.
Also, despite good connection on my side, items were loading slowly.
Also, no option to pay with Klarna is a limitation.

Unique shoes….

Unique shoes….
The website is great…shows off their products perfectly.
I was looking for a pair of shoes and there were plenty of different styles and colours to choose from. The pictures clearly show how they look on the foot and with different outfits.
I purchased the Keesha heel only yesterday and I can’t wait for the delivery to try them. I just know they will be perfect for me !!

Disappointed

I ordered a pair of flat Banie in silver and was disappointed when I received them because the strap in the back does not securely hold the foot and you basically end up with a pair of flip-flip. I decided to exchange them because if you ask for a refund, you have to pay 25 euros of shipping fee. There were not a lot of options to exchange my pair of Banie with, since it was on sale at 145 euros, and I did not want to spend more money on another pair I was not sure it would fit correctly. The quality of the shoes is alright, but for a pair of shoes on average at 200 euros, I expected better. They are very picky about returns, you need to place the shoes in a very specific way back in the box. Lots of stress and hassle for a pair of shoes...

Where Quality Meets Elegance

This is my third time purchasing shoes from them, and once again I’m truly delighted. The quality is consistently excellent, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Each pair feels both elegant and timeless. I will certainly continue coming back.
