Colony arrived and as described. Excellent packaging and information. On a negative note, it has taken a long time to arrive. There was no tracking system or updates. I thought I'd been scammed.

Amazing

Delivery on time and good condition, well packaged.
The nest I ordered is good quality and much easier to set up than any other antkeeping company I've ordered from before,

Hey guys to be fair as usual your


Hey guys to be fair as usual your customer service has beeb great but I have one little niggly complaint. I belive this to be less of a complaint to your company but more so to the delivery service used, despite me ordering a queen live well two which both arrived absolutely fine the way it was posted through the letter box was ridiculous it was practically thrown through landing on the floor and rolling off another box which slightly damaged the packaging. This turned out not to be an issue but I am writing this review to make your company aware of possible mishandling of products being delivered.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for recognising our customer service and the safe arrival of your queens – that really does mean a lot to us.

We completely understand your frustration regarding how the parcel was delivered. Sadly, despite marking our packaging clearly with “LIVE ANTS,” couriers like Royal Mail don’t always treat boxes with the care they deserve and that can be incredibly frustrating for both of us.

Luckily However, we pack all live ants in a way that protects them from short drops like that, as we’d always rather they were safely posted than risk being left in a bin, in full sun, or with a neighbour.

We just wanted to say we really appreciate you taking the time to flag this. We do everything in our power to protect your colony, but once it's with the courier, we’re a bit at their mercy.

If your experience with us overall was a 5-star one aside from the postal handling (which we sadly can’t control), we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d consider updating the review as it helps us more than you know. If however we still only deserve 4 stars, please do let us know how we can turn this into a 5 next time.

Great company for all things to do with


Great company for all things to do with ants. They have excellent communication and were able to help with an enquiry. The products themselves are great quality and easy to build following their YouTube instruction videos. The ants are great and packaged really well to ensure they arrive healthily. They really do care about their ants! 🐜

Multiple time buyer.

I'm writing this after multiple orders (multiple colonies) some rarer, Asian, African, European species all. Every experience I've had with the company and any customer service needed has been incredible! Very thoughtful, kind responses that are quick and concise.

The colonies too very high quality, with a brilliant warranty system. The queens themselves I haven't had issues with, all healthy, no mites. Strong beautiful colonies!

I really recommend you buy from here! They provide excellent colonies and services!

All around 5* experience!

I received both of my queens in the post and they were both healthy and well packaged with little “birth certificates” giving basic info like the species name, where they were founded, and when they were bought. Their test tubes were tightly attached to the box which was great as it meant they couldn’t move around too much during transit.

Also, the website is amazing! They have so much variety from Lasius, Myrmeca, Camponotus, messor, and more! I’d also love to try one of their nests as they look great too. Thanks for such a great experience, AntAntics, I’ll be sure to shop again soon!
