I have been so honoured to have Anthony Gold represent me. The staff have been so supportive and professional at all times. My case was between 2016-2022. They treated me with dignity and respect.

Jock and Amy were so amazing. They supported and took me through each step of the process as it was scary and daunting. We had a very positive outcome.

Their attention to detail and time to respond and support me was outstanding.

I cannot find the words to do this review any justice. I would recommend them to everyone. The whole experience was so challenging but they were so positive.

My case was taken up by Anthony gold solicitors, as a disrepair case initially as the case progressed, it lead into suing the landlord for breaches of the Equality Act 2010 (failure to make reasonable adjustments and indirect discrimination). Damages were agreed but are subject to a confidentiality agreement, Eleanor Solomon was my solicitor who dealt with this complex case, but the outcome was exceptional.

I dealt with the leasehold department in the Streatham office, almost entirely with Megan McPhee. Without wanting to get soppy about it, she was an angel in human form. She always responded very promptly, fully and with thoughtful accuracy. She thus made a horrible stressful lease extension and concurrent loan repayment much, much easier. All staff I came in contacted with represented the company professionally. The person I worked with on my case, was exceptional. I was kept informed frequently and a lot of complicated jargon simplified so I could understand. But the most important experience to me, was the understanding and caring attitude of this person as I had several other issues going on at the same time, which made me quite frustrated. The response I received was compassion, understanding and an interest. The result, repairs and compensation completed.

The lady whom answered the call was insulting. In the most important case in Britain - her beliefs and talking down her nose at the worlds largest data case with nothing useful by solicitors like this is absolutely disgusting. There belief and lack of anything is closing the country down due to ignorance and lack of law. I was absolutely disgusted as she had obviously digested misinformation and gossip which is creating the war fed by criminals. I was horrified at her treatment of me in difficult circumstances - Just shocking

And having waited all this time to get someone to action my request for the original of my mothers will I now find out it was put in the post without any address, and despite an email confirming it was in the registered post - the envelope has a standard first class frank!
