I like the suitcase very much, but it arrived in a battered, broken box and was unzipped on arrival.

Very well constructed, 360 wheels and so much lighter than my previous carry-on by 3 lbs! I love the deep green color. I can't wait to use it in a week.

I’m currently traveling with the medium size case and it is like a dream. It packs well and is quite light even filled. It moves easily on the wheels. I’m pleased!

Another amazing purchase from this brand, quality is always on point!

Had a friend who bought an Antler suitcase and the wheel fell off. Bought one before this because of the price and warranty and within a year both exterior zippers had broken. Reached out to warranty team, they said that it was probably due to mishandling by airline staff so the warranty doesn’t cover the damage (they must say this to everyone). Disappointing, had to get rid of the suitcase and buy another from a diffent company.

Exactly as described, very light in weight- just the perfect international bag. This is my second Antler purchase.

Great luggage set, well constructed, and especially love the lightweight as a retired person with a shoulder replacement!

Awesome customer service, I had a problem with the lock and they took care of it right away. Love my suitcase and this company.

Bought large blue suitcase. I’m young, this was my first big travel purchase (I think the suitcase cost ~$170). Inner zipper broke off. Reached out to company. Was told that because there are two(!) zippers there’s nothing they can do. Went on another trip. Wheel broke off. Reached out again (I just bought this…). Asked if they could refund, replace, repair, something like that. They made me go through a detailed warranty process, then said the damage was not covered by warranty. Suggested I file a claim with the airline because maybe it got damaged by them (I’m sure that would be a piece of cake, lmao).
Attached email- process for filing warranty claim was onerous and exhaustive.
My unsolicited advice - it will break quickly and the warranty actually won’t cover the damage. Bon voyage..

Bought a brand new Antler suitcase at some considerable cost. Went to use it and the lock reset button will not push down. Tried every video etc but the button is firmly stuck. Will never buy any Antler luggage again. I dread to think of further problems when travelling.

The way they constructed the handles at the top and side of the bag made it so tightly flush to the bag that it was impossible to just grab easily. When I got the handle loose it was just so tight on my hands that it was uncomfortable. Everything looked fine and of good quality but the function and feel of a handle is important to me so I had to return it.

While I loved the overnight bag with all compartments, etc., it was a nightmare to keep it on my roll aboard carryon. The trolley sleeve is so large that the bag kept slipping and sliding around and then making my carryon tip over, with the bag on top! I’m not sure I’ll use the bag again because of the poor functionality. Maybe Antler could provide a luggage belt? Anyway, the overnight bag doesn’t attach well to carryons so beware.

Extremely Dishonest Customer Service!
I signed up for the “ promised 20% off VIP” email newsletter but instead got the 10% off! Clearly, Antler is being very deceitful and dishonest! I contacted Antler CS and even emailed them a screenshot showing the 20% off promotion but instead was given a long explanation as to why I did not receive it! Dishonest and Unprofessional Company!
P.s. Even the reply from Antler clearly shows how detached they are from reality! Instead of reading my review and understanding the problem, their response is “ It’s not possible “!!
How pathetic in light of the fact that I have all the emails that clearly show how disjointed and clueless this CS reps are from Antler! No wonder Social Media is full of Antler Customers complaining about their non existent Warranty and their clueless CS!

Love this brand. I bought a suitcase that was on sale, turns out it was out of stock, Antler customer service let me buy another one of the same color for the sale price.

Shipping was super fast. I purchased the lightweight soft side carry on. It is the only wheeled carry on size bag I have seen with a trolley sleeve. That was the selling point for me. Haven't used it yet but I am sure it will make traveling much easier.

Am very happy I purchased Antler luggage for an extended two-week upcoming travel.

A no-name new (because I'm uncomfortable w specificity) but highly advertised/impressively marketed brand I'd ordered from was a dismal FAILURE promising (& paying for) a three-piece luggage set in time for spring break, delivering only a few accessory pieces right away and then, 1. Repeatedly LYING about the whereabouts of the other three major pieces needed: 1 "Sorry, stuck in Customs somewhere" 2. "Oops, located in Customs but can't deliver" then 3. "We'll happily offer you replacement piece right away." ALL LIES

After more than three weeks of a horror show, I decided to try Antler products. Reviews were good. Originated in England felt appealing and if this company messed up, this Charge was now on my Amex. Pls note. Very Important.

Can't say I wasn't worried because Antler unexpectedly DID ship in two parcels arriving, but not scheduled to, on different days.

Antler did salvage previous awful experience. Just hope I like using the products. Thank you to Antler Customer Service to my multiple questions and concerns.

This is a great travel bag & backpack. It is very elegant and with made quality materials. I was able to carry a large laptop and other items. After a 2 weeks, it still looks brand new.

Fast shipping, seemingly good luggage, this will be my first time using the brand. My confidence is not high with them having been sold three times in ten years, the product made in .cn, but perhaps the lifetime warranty, which is rather new, will help if something goes wrong. The reason for four stars instead of five is the way a discount was handled. My wife and I purchased two carry-on pieces with the 25% spring sale code. She decided she needed one size larger. Customer service was responsive and helpful. The return process was easy. Unfortunately we could not get the same 25% discount on the larger size as the sale had ended. The downside of ordering online and waiting for shipping, versus traditional brick and mortar purchasing where you can see it in person I suppose. I understand they are under no obligation to honor prices from a sale that has passed. However truly excellent customer service would have been to honor this as an exchange and charge the difference between the sale prices. Instead we just returned it, got the refund minus $10, and waited for the next sale, which was 20% off less than a month later. In the end the price difference was only $5 and I ended up getting another $7.80 from my credit card shopping perk, so I feel satisfied with the outcome. Later this year when we end up using the luggage I will see if I can update this review for the actual quality, or leave a review on their website.

The tags are attractive, distinctive and seem durable. Hope no one swipes them.
