Verry good and fast delivery

Very good motorbike tyre!

Am comandat cauciucuri XL MFS. Au venit cauciucuri XL si atat, fara MFS. DOT-ul in schimb este 2025. Din pacate, eram plecat cand au ajuns cauciucurile la punctul de livrare, asa ca nu am putut verifica eu coletul. Si, odata receptionat este considerat acceptat, asa cum scrie clar in ai lor Termeni si Conditii.

L.E. : Să fim înțeleși, DOT 2025 este foarte bun. Asta este partea pozitivă :)

Singurul motiv pentru care nu am oferit 5 stele este pentru că deși ambele anvelope moto comandate apăreau în stoc, unul a venit la o săptămână distanță de celălalt.

Fast delivery, good DOT and good communication

Everything went smooth with the delivery and everyhting. Products were brand new, as expected. Indeed, not the newest DOT but considering the price, it's more then ok.

Ordered tires for one of my motorcycles and my car. Car tires order went perfect. 5*.
They managed to fumble the motorcycle tires order, delivering only the front tire in a shipment that was supposed to contain both but didn't.
Opened a case with their support, they said the delivery company stole the rear tire and they are investigating. Not true, since I have video evidence the packet was not tampered with (shrink-wrap was not big enough and not reheated). Also, the investigation is supposed to last 1-3 months.
25 days after the initial order I gave up, reordered the rear tire from them (now ~ EUR 20 more expensive) and opened a chargeback with my bank. Four days later they told me they are giving back the money for the original, undelivered tire, in the next 3-4 working days. That was 12 days ago. No money in the bank yet.
Checked the account. Order shows as cancelled. They attached a "Credit Note" that allows them until July 18th to give the money back. This is unreal!
** Buyers beware: there is a reason they have such good prices. You get frustration and anger **

Later edit: they told me I have to cancel my dispute before getting the money back. I don't trust them so I will wait for the bank/Mastercard to reimburse me. I will also file a complain with the the Authority for Consumer Protection & ECC. These kind of stuff should not happen in EU!

This is my first experience with this seller and I purchased the product at a fair quality/price ratio!

Fiti atent ca Anvelopelider.ro nu este o firma romaneasca, chiar daca pare sa fie! Cauciucuriile au venit din Polonia prin DHL, iar transportul a luat mult mai mult timp decat asteptam. Cand au ajuns cauciucurile din fericire totul a fost bine, dar deja din start curierul a spus ca oricum nu se mai poate returna daca ceva nu este in regula, fiind venit din strainatate.
Asa ca data viitoare nu risc sa comand de pe acest site. Mai bine le iau de la un site romanesc, le primesc in doua zile si pot sa le returnez daca ceva nu e bine.

I ordered 4 tyres at once, but they arrived 2 at a time, at a difference of 3 days. The tyres are OK, the shipping itself was delayed for the second tyre set.

Is first time when buy from anvelopelider.ro and I dont know the supplyer is not România (is right). I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly received the tired.

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 Michelin Road 6 motorcycle tires, but after waiting about a week, I received a car tire instead of motorcycle tires. I refused the delivery immediately and provided photo evidence of the incorrect item, as it was already clear this situation would not be handled smoothly. After that, the entire process became unnecessarily complicated. Even though it was one single order with a single tracking number, it was split into two separate cases internally, which created confusion and delays. Communication was extremely repetitive and unhelpful. I kept receiving generic responses such as “we are checking,” “please wait,” and “the warehouse will confirm,” without any real updates or timelines. The company acknowledged several times that the mistake was on their side, yet I still had to repeatedly chase updates and wait for resolution and refund. The refund was eventually processed, but only after significant delays and constant follow-ups. While the refund was ultimately completed, the handling of the situation, communication, and customer support experience were far below acceptable standards.

Update: I also noticed that my review does not appear to have been approved on the company’s own website, while here on Trustpilot the experience can at least be discussed publicly. And it is the same review.
