Ne pare rău pentru această situație. Dacă ați comandat Continental TKC 70 Rocks și ați primit TKC 70, vă rugăm să deschideți un tichet în serviciul post-vânzare din contul dvs., cu fotografii ale anvelopei primite și ale etichetei produsului, pentru ca echipa noastră să poată verifica rapid reclamația și să vă propună soluția potrivită.

Ne pare rău pentru această nemulțumire. În mod normal, DOT-ul este afișat pe site doar dacă anvelopa are peste 36 de luni. Dacă DOT 1423 nu era menționat în ofertă la momentul comenzii, este probabil o anomalie și vă invităm să deschideți un tichet către serviciul post-vânzare pentru verificare și soluționare. Dacă această informație era precizată pe site, produsul a fost comandat conform descrierii. În orice caz, o anvelopă stocată corect își păstrează calitatea mai mulți ani.
