Following a review of the case, we can confirm that the policyholderâs claim was settled several weeks ago, in full accordance with the agreed scope of works. The excess was also provided to the policyholder, and the claim has since been closed.
We made several attempts to contact you by phone to better understand your concerns. However, our Claims Managerâs direct dial number was blocked after a couple of tries, which unfortunately limited our ability to reach you. That said, you had our full contact details and could have requested to speak with a member of the team at any point prior to posting your review. Doing so would have allowed us to clarify matters and address your concerns directly.
Additionally, as this review appears to have been submitted by someone other than the named policyholder, we are unable to verify specific details or fully understand the basis of your feedback. We would, however, still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly if you wish to discuss this further.
