Only hiccup has been from the land developer on getting the Title released. Overall an outstanding team thus far.

I’m proud to say I was one of Apollo Investments first clients when they started to do NDIS properties for outside investors, after trying on my own to navigate the finance with big bank lenders and constantly getting the run around. Yannick and Tony had a solution that we were able to make work from a finance point of view, not only that but we were able to lock down a great piece of land in a hard to get into area and this was when the home builder grant was released and there was no land to be found. The build price and quality I received were great value, although the build took a bit longer than originally thought because it was the height of Covid along with labour and material shortages the whole industry suffered at this time, but the end result was a brilliant property with great equity build in according to bank valuations and tenants moved in fairly quickly. This was before the positive changes that occurred in July which has seen the income rates on my property actually increase by around 45% and allow families to live alongside their disabled family members which has created a whole heap of new demand in the industry. After going this venture alone and then consulting other groups that just turned out to be property marketing operations, I then found these guys and can honestly say they were the only professional services working for the best outcome for me which I have now achieved.

Right from the initial contact with Dave Stewart our experience was open, informative and pressure less. Dave guided us through all stages of the process, organising meetings via Zoom or phone at a time agreeable to us.
