Find it very difficult to use these gift vouchers online as you need to change them to a virtual card and you can only put one gift card value on one virtual card as opposed to adding all your gift card values onto one virtual card.

Has been really good although it would be good to get details of delays with the vouchers being released so we can get issues resolved.

There are so many ways to save a bit of money

I like the savings. But not enough stores participating

All orders delivered on time and customer service is great with a reply within an hour

Overly complicated with no instructions on the card on how to use the gift card.
You have to Redeem the amount on the card which as a gift to me I’m unaware of.
The ridiculously complicated redeem process I’m sure is designed to make people give up half way through so love2shop gain the full amount on the card for themselves.
Here’s a really simple idea, why not make the actual card you are gifted the one you actually use to make your purchases online.
I think I can preempt your answer here, security, security, security.
It would be easier to get into Fort Knox than to redeem the value on the card.
And as for harvesting my personal information……………..,why?
Love 2 shop, well if there was a prize for most difficult to use gift card then you’d win it every time.
You are either very stupid or extremely smart.
The whole process is totally unintuitive.
If you want to grow your business then you need to simplify your “gift” cards.
I do hope that you are not connected to that “Institution” that was park hampers.
Step up Love2shop or cease trading and do us all a favour.

I love to use my Love2shop card when I am out shopping and see something in one of the many retailers available on the card and get a great value deal. The ease at which you can top up the card in minutes allows for “excellent savings”.

Don’t use these. Complete con of a company. I got given an amount by work for Xmas. The love to shop card came through and I utilised it to transfer the balance to their online account. I didn’t know where to use it. So I left it. Now I do, I went back on to transfer the online balance to a e gift card and it’s asking me details of the card, I used to transfer to the online account. Which I no longer have, as I’d used it to put the balance online and discarded. What is the point in giving you a gift card, to then transfer it online, to then use the gift card, that no longer has a balance on, to be able to purchase another gift card, using the online balance? Talk about a load of absolute nonsense.

They are now saying if I haven’t got the original gift card, you cannot use the balance and you have to pay £8.90 for them to send you another card, to be able is access the online balance. Absolute crooks. You’re telling me, they can’t just transfer the balance on to the gift card wanted and send in the post? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these crooks.

Would not recommend. I am trying to transfer my balance to a mastercard, so I can eat, but they won't help me. Quite rudely saying I should have kept the physical card. Not always that easy though. I've been homeless since October, so I don't have the card. I've got nearly £40 on this card, which will obviously help me eat something hit and warm, but they don't care about that. I would never use them again. I asked if I could transfer my balances to 1 card and then I'd have nearly £50, but can't do that either. So this money is just going to go to waste. They've already had 10% of my balance each time I've done it before. You can't use separate cards online to pay, so should be an option to merge them together. Rubbish .

Had issue with one of the transactions as it was big amount, but one phone call resolved the matter and money refunded in to my love to shop card. Very helpful. I have been using this card for long time but never had any problems.

Whilst there have been issues redeeming a voucher (firstly not receiving it and now the code giving error messages) Stacey has been brilliant and has done everything she said she would, has kept me updated and dealt with everything in such a friendly manner. We started using Love2Shop last year for both x-mas bonus ideas and other reward vouchers. They make it really easy to do mass uploads, you can brand your choices and account set up is quick and easy. Our account manager David Jones has been amazing! Very knowledgeable, always on hand if we need him, the customr service is fab. Would definitely recommend.
