Fantastic service offering, friendly staff and helpful
I reached out to Apprentify as the business l work for is exploring Apprenticeship options. Nick was very persistent but helpful in contacting me about apprentices. We weren't looking at the time but Nick didn't give up. It goes without saying that if we did explore apprenticeships this would be the company l would potentially use. I found them very informative, listened to our needs. If we do decide in the not so distant future to go down the apprenticeship route Apprentify would be my preferred choice.

I've recently completed my PR and Comms apprenticeship with Apprentify and loved every minute! My coach was very supportive and knowledgeable on the topic and helped equip me with the skills and knowledge to achieve a Distinction.
I'd highly recommend undertaking a qualification with Apprentify! A shout out to Sharon, my coach, who was amazing throughout.

WARNING! BUREAUCRATIC NONSENSE
Total incompetent nonsense, care more about unnecessary bureaucratic paperwork than actual education. With no real support, I am halfway through my course and have yet to get any help due to my mental health.
Extending deadlines due to illness is completely hard for them to understand because the paperwork says it's due then it must be done.
Lack of any learning or resources, half-ass broken e-learning that's usually misinformation and doesn't work properly.
Really BAD Communication, they won't tell you when there on holiday even when they scheduled the meetings and didn't reschedule and then blame you for missing the meetings.
I have been to university for 4 YEARS, I did A levels as well and I have never in my life had to fill in this much stupid unnecessary paperwork and forms in my life.
If you're gonna do an apprenticeship with apprentify don't. I have learnt more on the job than I have learnt anything at all from Apprentify it's a total waste of time and my employer's money.

I have worked for Apprentify for 9 months so felt it fair to leave a review. As the business continues to grow, there is a constant strive to deliver the best programmes for clients and learners and there is a currently a huge focus on building strong and lasting relationships with clients - which is refreshing within the apprenticeship world. As with all businesses, things are not always perfect, but at its core, Apprentify is trying to be the best and do the best for its clients and employees which is hugely positive and has a knock on effect with everyone who engages with the business.

I smashed the Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship
Courses are well structured and the support from my mentor was second to none. The online delivery model suited me perfectly with a mixture of self-study to build knowledge and virtual classrooms that consolidated that knowledge. There was also great projects that allowed you to apply your knowledge as well as reflect on your skills and identify areas to develop. I highly recommend Apprentify and the Digital Marketing qualification. Thank you Apprentify

I recently completed a L4 marketing executive apprenticeship with Apprentify, and my experience has been extremely positive. I highly recommend both the course itself and Apprentify as the provider.
I didn’t fit the typical apprentice profile — I was 31, working a 30-hour week, with a young family and already employed in a marketing position but seeking further professional development.
After exploring multiple apprenticeship providers, I was impressed by Sally Ann's enthusiasm and the learner-focused approach at Apprentify. The sign-up process was smooth, and I was enrolled in the program within a few weeks.
I completed the course entirely through distance learning, including online classes, training modules, and practical business-based marketing activities. The classroom-based learning was particularly valuable as I was able to gain insights into various industries by interacting with learners from diverse backgrounds. My progress was easily tracked on a learning portal, allowing both me and my employer to monitor it closely.
Monthly virtual meetings with my learning coach provided one-on-one support, and three-monthly check-ins allowed my employer to be involved in shaping my learning journey.
The program is tailored to align with the L4 CIM curriculum, which was one of the reasons I chose Apprentify. Opting for the optional CIM unit allowed me to earn credits towards the full CIM certificate alongside my marketing executive qualification. This part was academically challenging but insightful. It aligned with the practical aspects of the course and enhanced my overall learning experience.
Rebecca Craven, my classroom teacher and learning mentor, played a crucial role in my development. Her classes were always informative, engaging and she consistently created a positive learning environment.
Her mentorship style extended beyond teaching, offering guidance, unwavering support, and encouragement to help me realise my full potential. She consistently went above and beyond the curriculum, providing additional tools, resources, and guidance for my ongoing growth. It was clear Rebecca genuinely cared about my success and I’m confident that I could still turn to her for advice in the future, knowing she would be more than willing to help. She’s an asset to Apprentify!
While I haven't required additional support from the rest of the team, it's evident that help is readily available if needed. The exam team has also been proactive in assisting me with managing and keeping track of the final assessment period.
The pace of the course felt manageable, tailored to my needs and those of my employer. Opting for the apprenticeship route instead of the academic one I initially planned was a wise decision. It allowed me to learn and apply new skills over 18 months, creating a more immersive learning experience compared to a shorter, condensed course. Plus, this route was more cost-effective for my employer as they accessed government funding and spread the cost of training over time.
I'm thrilled with my final result in both the apprenticeship and CIM. I now feel significantly more confident in my role, with noticeable improvements in my skills, behaviors, and overall professional and personal growth.

Final review - steer clear!
I started my apprenticeship with Apprentify with high hopes, but unfortunately, things quickly worsened. I noticed several significant issues that left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
Firstly, communication with my trainer, Mark, could have been far more present. They rarely responded to my emails or texts, making it difficult to get the support and guidance I needed. I needed more communication to feel more comfortable and confident about my progress.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my apprenticeship was the delay in receiving feedback on my coursework. It would take months for my coursework to be marked, making it nearly impossible for me to improve and stay motivated. It's challenging to grow and develop when you have to wait so long for feedback.
The training courses, which started engaging, quickly became repetitive and monotonous. This lack of variety and excitement made it difficult for me to find the motivation to attend these sessions. I felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of the same material, which didn't contribute to my growth or learning.
Moreover, the training sessions were uninformative and filled with excessive "comfort breaks." I would have been better off just being given the PowerPoint presentations and doing the learning and research independently. It felt like a waste of time and resources. Also, the software used to deliver these sessions is so buggy I must have devoted hours to sorting out technical difficulties throughout my apprenticeship.
In addition, while this may be unrelated, my mental health took a significant hit during this apprenticeship. The daily struggles and frustrations I encountered at work with the apprenticeship, such as the lack of communication and unengaging training, added an extra layer of stress on top of the already existing personal factors I was dealing with. It felt like a constant uphill battle, which took a toll on my mental health. The long waits for feedback and the repetitive nature of the coursework only added to my feelings of frustration and anxiety.
Lastly, when the time rolled around for my final exams, poor communication came to a head again. I ended up undertaking my first set of exams almost completely unprepared, as I was under the impression (after emailing to clarify as well!) that I had mistakenly received another learner's exam meeting invite when, in fact, the other learner and I were doing our exams at the same time; they had just sent the same email (which was sent over four times with the wrong name, so who could blame me for thinking it was a mistake?). I didn't even receive the necessary logins for the exam platform until the day before the exam at 4 pm - to put this into perspective, I should have received them *months* earlier. Then, when I was doing the exam, I did not receive my reasonable adjustments on the first day (admittedly, an oversight on my part somewhat, but with the stress of the unexpected exams, something was bound to slip my mind.) Then, on the second day of exams, when I realised my slip-up, I queried it and showed the letter I had sent in November 2022 explaining why I needed reasonable adjustments and what I needed; this hadn't been uploaded still, and it was February 2024 when I took my exams; it hadn't been uploaded when I sent it 1.5 *years* ago! Thankfully, this was almost immediately reviewed and approved by the EPAO, meaning I could have extra time for my portfolio discussion but not for the scenario-based tests. Thankfully, when I got my results, I got a Distinction by some miracle. However, I seriously doubt I would have been able to achieve this if the EPAO had not been lenient with the adjustments.
Overall, my experience with Apprentify was far from what I had hoped for. It was a frustrating journey marked by poor communication, delayed feedback, unengaging training, and adverse effects on my mental health—There is room for significant improvement.

If I could give this company a zero…
If I could give this company a zero rating I would. They caused my daughter nothing but stress and anxiety.
They did not provide the equipment for her to do her apprenticeship, when asked she asked for a proper pc, the response was that there was not the budget at the moment. She was expected to work 8 hours a day on a laptop with no other equipment (correct screen, keyboard or mouse) I am pretty sure that this would fail a DSE. Most companies would not get away with this.
A mock exam paper was put in front of her and she was informed to complete with no prior warning or time to practice. Her Safe Guarding Office & Functional Skills Tutor was not even made aware of the mock paper.
The list goes on and on.
The short time she was with this company, has knocked my daughter’s confidence and has had a tremendous impact on her mental health.
We took them to court and won her tribunal case against them for disability discrimination and victimisation amongst other things. This all involving top management and lack of support and professionalism on their part. Steer clear of this company.
A great place for apprentices to thrive
As someone who already did got a first class degree I felt as though doing an apprenticeship was taking two steps back. However, Apprentify provided an invaluable learning experience which genuinely helped me in my day to day job role as a digital marketer. The online classes were a slog from a learner's perspective, but having trainers like Kulwinder who inject so much enthusiasm and engagement into the classes helped to make them more bearable. These online classes were so much more engaging, interesting and useful than some of the ones I took part in at university.
The other part of the apprenticeship is your Development Coach. I had Nicola and I honestly couldn't say enough nice things about her and the support she offered. She was bubbly and funny, it was always a pleasure to hop on a call with her and catch up. She always got back to any questions I had with answers in quick time and with the answers I needed.
I would recommend Apprentify to any uni students looking to get experience in a field slightly different to their degree or any young person looking to take the first steps towards their future career.
