I have bought alot of outdoor gear from big brands like North Face. The Jacket I bought is much better made and the socks are cosy AF. I would defo buy again, that's high praise from a Scotsman😁

I haven't received my package

Item (backpack) hasn't shipped and no word about when it will

They never deliver 2 jackets nor they return the money.
They claim they sent them and they stay in duties.
The fact is I paid and have nothing.

Hello, my order still hasnt arrived. It has been already a month, and i have no idea where my order is. As i am travelling this friday, and the content of this order was meant to serve me for this travel, i would prefer you either deliver it by thursday, or cancel the order and refund me the money.

Once good but now it's a scam. Payment taken 6 months ago, but no product, refund or reply from their support. DON'T get tempted and by on their current sales. You will most likely never see the product but pay some money.

Ordered a backpack over a year ago, never got it, no response to emails, site went down so I figured they took everyone's money and disappeared but now the site is back up. You can even still "preorder" that backpack. Tried emailing again when I saw the site was back. Still nothing. They steal people's money.

The jacket is the wrong size and we have tried to get a return on it but can't get ahold of anyone. We've called several times and even emailed but no luck Nice coat but customer service is poor.

Good price, easy to order, arrived swiftly and without issue. The coat works like a charm and I look forward to using it more.

Love the Adventure Jacket. I have 3 adventure jackets in different colors. I love the jacket. I wear it all the time walking the dog and hiking in the PNW. Love the pockets that it has. Haven't used them all but they are nice to have.

These were well-tailored and responsibly sourced garments.

I ordered an eco-down jacket on 23rd March 2024, was immediately debited, but I have not received it although we are in December 2024. And now I have received new emails offering large reductions with a hope that I fall for a 2nd time? Don't let yourself be lured.

Love it as much as the rain parka - only wish there was two way zipper so that you could unzip from the bottom to make seating while wearing the coat more comfortable

The 2.0 jacket has been absolutely amazing. I would have appreciated a temperature guideline on the site before I bought my first, but add a good sweater and it will definitely handle our December and Spring weather in Southern Ontario. I therefore bought a second one!

A once great company suddenly went out of business - yet still accepts payments through their shop. Super weird case. Do not order from them!

Website is pretty easy to navigate. Delivery came quickly after placing my order - a plus in my book.
I only gave 4 stars because there is only one thing that is perfect…

I made an order on 9th of july (3 month ago) and didn't receive anything, even not an email explaining why, I sent email and facebook messages several times with no reply!!! I am so dissapointed
