Apricoat never sent my last 2 orders and they also would not give me a refund. They essentially stole my money. Customer service does not respond. Do not send any money to these charlatans. I have sent no less than 50 emails to this company. They also do not answer the phone.

Comprei uma mochila modelo URBN Traveler da Apricoat com pedido confirmado no dia 1 de outubro de 2023. A entrega estava prevista para o final de novembro, mas nunca a recebi. Reclamei por diversas vezes e sempre havia um motivo diferente para justificar o atraso. Em maio de 2024 responderam meu email, e me deram 3 opções: 1- Devolução do valor pago 2- O valor pago seria transformado em crédito na loja 3- Esperar pacientemente pelo produto e ganhar uma camiseta ou uma meia térmica como bônus.

Optei pela devolução do valor pago, porém, não me restituíram o valor e nunca mais me responderam. Além disso, retiraram o website deles do ar. Simplesmente, não existe mais.

I had previously purchased a couple Adventure 2.0 jackets and a couple pairs of the Adventure pants from Apricoat and we really liked them. But I purchased a couple of the URBN Backpacks almost a year ago no and never received them. Apricoat used to respond with a plethora of different excuses for why it hasn't shipped yet and a new expected delivery date. But eventually they stopped responding at all. I don't know what happened to this company. But it is now just a scam and a ghost company. I would not recommend any purchase from them.

I also ordered an URBN Backpack in 2023. It originally said it would ship out in April 2024. I received a partial order (hiking sticks). I reached out to customer service multiple times to get status, and I was told that there were some manufacturing delays, which is understandable. Like many of the reviews I've been reading this company has seemed to gone into hiding.

The Apricoat Team told me they would “personally send [me] updates regarding the progress of [my] order,” and I have received no follow ups. It’s now been another 10 months months removed from that email with the team, and I’ve heard no such update on manufacturing or my order. I would not recommend purchasing any items from their shop.

Their customer service seems very limited at this point, and their manufacturing of new items is struggling. I’ve been a customer since they were on Kickstarter in 2018, but I’m seriously doubting their business at this point and would not recommend purchasing any new items from their shop.

Believe Israel conflict effecting service and team not responsive. Loved the jacket I got from Kickstarter, supported the backpack as well, but last communication from company was late 2023. Noticed that both founders are based in Tel Aviv from LinkedIn, assuming the conflict in Gaza is disrupting their service but have not heard back for 6 months on any call, IM, email etc to the company.

Ordered twice, heard nothing from my order, had to ask chase to reimburse. Still waiting on resolution for the second order.

Order #40966 is for the URBN Traveler backpack and URBN Getter Shoulder bags was paid for on October 20, 2023. This order was to have been shipped in November 2023. As of this date, after several emails and calls, it has not been received. Initially, the company said there would be a delay due to the unavailability of a buckle. I last heard from the company in February of 2024. Although I called and emailed the company afterwards, I have received no response as of July 9, 2024.

Ordered and paid for the URBAN backpack as Pre-Order in October 2023. I was informed it would ship in November 2023. Since then, no communication. I emailed 11 days ago for status or refund and got no response. Unfortunately, I have to assume I have been ripped off. BUYER BEWARE! No item after 8 months.

Apricoat - please be aware their customer service does not answer their support emails do not respond but
they DO take payment from your credit card with no jacket processed or posted.
Trying to sort out a refund, but absolutely no replies. Beware.

I preordered the URBN backpack, knowing that it may take a long time because it's a new product. Initially there was communication about delays, but come April 2024 nothing. On the website it said that the bags were expected to ship on May 2024. I've reached out several times by email and phone and received no answers. Here's the gag - the founder has another company he started two years ago and he is VERY active on LinkedIn, yet can't seem to find time to provide answers about Apricoat. I'm not the only one who hasn't received the items. So if you pre-ordered this, I don't think we're receiving it anytime soon and I would call your card company to see how you can get your money back.

Apricoat order # 43366 of May 29: the coat has not been received and Apricoat does not respond to the many messages that I have sent. can you help? Thanks.

Never answer phone, never respond. No answers to queries. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered URBN Backpack back in Sept 2023 but haven't received the backpack yet.

They promised shipment first at Nov, then on April and now their website says they will ship on May, 24 .. but this is already end of May.
I emailed them saying if this is a scam please tell me so that I can make my purchase separately. They stopped responding after that. This is outrageous.

I don’t have my coat and you won’t answer the phone or respond to email.

They seem to be out of business. No response to anything, but of course they continue to take money.

I bought the Urbn Backpack in Nov 2023, and it has yet to ship out. When I ordered it, the shipping was supposed to happen within a month. I never received the backpack (now 7 mon later). I emailed them my updated address and they responded, but I am beginning to lose hope that I will ever see the backpack.

Both my wife and I ordered the 2.0 jackets. While mine was in transit Aprocoat sent me a 70% clearance email for the same jacket at $44.00 less. I requested the difference rather waste time and resources to return it and re-ordering. After many attempts via phone and email; NO RESPONSE. My wife's jacket was invoiced, paid for and never received! Her follow-up replacement has still not been shipped; now 6 weeks in waiting! She has placed and documented over 30 calls with NO RESPONSE! These folks have a good product but the worst customer service I ever encountered. I'm being kind with a 2 star review.
