I purchased a backpack from them in September of 2023
Not only I did not get my backpack up until this day 7 months later... they also stopped responding to emails.
Great coat
Great coat, love the design, colors, all the pockets, and it's waterproof...I've test it more than once. One of best coats I've ever owned. Just got one for my father as well.
Pathetic service
Once again the worst delivery service. I am still waiting for delivery of item. Item eas cleared by Australian Customs on 13th April
I am.yet to receive further updates.
Point to mention I received a refund for last item.I will never purchase again
two weeks to expedited deliver and customer service failure to resolve
March 29 - ordered two jackets and paid $15 express shipping to get them before vacation
April 3 - no jackets, credit card was charged, order status was "order received". Sent an email to customer service to ask the status of the order and that as a minimum, at this point in time I should be refunded the express shipping
April 3 - received an email that my email was received and will be answered within the next 1-2 business days
April 8 - sent another email to customer service - past the 1-2 days promised, charge still on my credit card, and still no jackets. no response
April 13 jackets were delivered - no comments, no credit for expedited delivery that took two weeks
Never received my Urbn backpack
Never received my Urbn backpack. Ordered and paid for it last Fall, but never arrived. After having already been on several trips while waiting for it, I finally bought a different backpack from Stormtech instead, for significantly less money.
Order fulfillment time below average
Products are exceptional. Customer service in respect to order fulfillment and shipping notification is below average. I ordered my items 5 business days ago and still have not received notice of order being shipped.

Watch out!
Placed an order for 2 of their jackets as Christmas gifts on Nov 24th. Within a week I received notification that product was shipped and was given a tracking number. Every week I would seek a update. Missed Christmas, missed new Years. Asking for a phone call and never received one but emails saying that they were working on it. Forgot that I received an email asking me to review the product that I have not received.
Good product, but very poor customer service
I ordered one of the Adventure jackets and one of the Adventure trousers back in August 2023. They took a little time to arrive to the UK from the USA, but I really liked both, but in particular the trousers, of which I ordered two more pairs in November 2023. So far I have not received this second order, despite the money having been taken nearly three months ago.
Apricoat have a support contact email address on their website and when emailed, you get back an automatic reply stating that they will be in touch within 24-48 hours. That does not seem to happen, which is not impressive. I'm hoping that by posting here, I will get a more helpful response from Apricoat, and if so, will update my rating.
Update: I've now had a response from Apricoat and they have initiated a refund. It seems that there is an issue with stocking their European distribution centre and, while they are working on a solution, they don't know how long that will take.
