The employee was on time. He sprayed my yard and filled the rat trap. He was polite and answered all of my questions.

Timely actions not taken on an agreement made

I had called Active pest control on September 2, 2025 at 3pm and talked to the manager to push out the treatment until after winter and he agreed to do so and that there will be no charges until I call Aptive to resume the services a well the new charges will $55.
Eventhough - Active scheduled treatment 2 weeks back and they did not turn up for that service but then they did come this week for service.
The service from Active is good - no doubt about it but the follow up actions after an agreement is reached are not completed in a timely manner.

You are too expensive

You are too expensive! You have only come by 3 times in the past 4 months and I still have a flea problem! You are fired!!! I can do a better job myself!

Good service.

Chris is a nice guy, helpful, polite, took down most of the spider webs around the outside of the house. He asked if we needed any rooms avoided, or if any rooms needed special attention, and proceeded with our wishes.

This was the most terrible service I…

This was the most terrible service I ever experienced. From the beginning, dealing with the pesky door-to-door salesman that would say anything to get a sale, down to the billing department who refused to cancel my service. The salesman told me that he could do a one time servicing to the property since I was in a rental home, only to find out that my car was placed on a contract. I never received copies of the contract nor did I ever sign anything. Not only that but they went ahead and charged their $299 termination fee to my car and told me that all has been settled. I feel taken advantage of and and treated less than human. Also I don’t believe the Home was ever treated with the service that was promised.

Quarterly pest service is always thorough and we have noted a number of dead cockroaches outside near house in the few days following treatment.
