Thank you for sharing this feedback. What you described is not the experience we want anyone to have with Aptive, and I understand how frustrating that must have been.

Managing your service through GoAptive should be simple. If the website only allowed limited changes, that’s something we need to review. You should never feel restricted when trying to make updates to your account.

I’m also concerned to hear about your call experience. No customer should feel pressured or that they have to escalate matters just to have a cancellation processed. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to.

At Aptive, our goal is always to provide thorough, effective service, and it’s completely reasonable to question the value when snow impacts access to certain areas.

While some parts of the treatment can still be completed safely in winter conditions, we never want you to feel like you’re paying for something that didn’t fully meet expectations.
