Customer services rep

Customer services rep. very rude with me on last Friday, about my outstanding balance. Actually I don't have any outstanding balance under my account. He was mentioning me we send this to collection agency.

Bad Service

Never the same tech so you need to reexplain the history from scratch as they never read the notes. Service is spotty at best with have the requests ignored. Claims that you will “never get rid of ants or spiders or wasps” is a pretty strange statement to come from an exterminator. Why am I paying you then?

I have had Aptive’s for over a year and…

I have had Aptive’s for over a year and I still have the same problems that I had before they started the only difference is I’m down over $1000.00.
So it was not worth it to throw away my money.
Still have mice, spiders and all sorts of bugs. Inside and outside!!

I love the detailed thorough job Aptive…

I love the detailed thorough job Aptive does in taking care of bugs . My staff person this past month was Caesar and he did detailed work & listened to my concerns .
The only thing I would say is that I wish I had a more consistent person taking care of me — someone I would have each time . And I also would like a better idea of what time between 8:00am and 6:00pm they would come .

The technician lets us know when he is on his way. He asked if we have any concerns he can address and then provides a thorough explanation of his service with photos.
