First of all it's convenient and the technician are super. They contact you when they are on the way. They ask if there is a particular problem that needs to be addressed. They let you know when they are are finished and take pictures.

Generally dislike the business model of…
Generally dislike the business model of dealing with a distant company that schedules appointments without discussion. If they can't contact you, they treat the outside of the house. Bottom line - as a customer I am dealing with a computer that is programmed to ram appointments and billing down the throat of customers.

Only problem I see is very little…
Only problem I see is very little notice about upcoming appointments. Also, staff should have shirts with Active name so resident knows they are Active employee. One person once said, "Well the truck has the name on it." However, sometimes, the truck is not clearly visible (as trees block my view).

Aptive is very responsive and through.
Aptive is very responsive. They always address any concern immediately and all of the Technicians are trained well, Douglas was my last technician, he was very thorough, he asked what were my areas of concern and took care of them. Upon completion in he took pictures and explained everything to me.

BEST TECH EVER - COLE!!
I had the absolute best tech yesterday and highly recommend Aptive and Cole to everyone! He talked to me about my pest, took pictures of what he had done, explained the process and told me everything he did. Additionally, I had indicated that I did not want the back yard sprayed as my dog recently got ill from eating grass. He told me to be sure and ask the next tech if it was not him to not spray the grass and only spray on the home to help him stay out of anything that might cause issues.
They are always good but COLE was outstanding!
