We hear you, and we understand how frustrating that experience can be. A schedule that doesn’t line up with your availability isn’t the kind of convenience we want you to have with Aptive.

While our service timing is designed around effectiveness, your time matters, and we can work with you to find more consistent service windows that better fit your schedule.

As for still seeing bugs, that’s not the result we want. It can take a few treatments to fully break the cycle, but we’d like to take a closer look and make any needed adjustments to get things handled the way they should be.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, especially after giving Aptive another chance. I can understand how frustrating it is to still see yellow jackets, carpenter bees, and heavy cobwebbing after service, and to feel like you had to handle things yourself. That’s not the level of care we aim to provide at Aptive Environmental.

A larger home should never mean a rushed or incomplete treatment. Our service professionals are expected to treat each home thoroughly based on its needs, and it’s concerning to hear that it felt otherwise.

I also hear your frustration regarding the contract and cancellation fee. When you’re unhappy with the service, the last thing you want is to feel stuck. While our service guarantee does allow for re-treatments if you’re not satisfied, the goal should be getting it right the first time, not requiring constant follow-up from you.

We would truly appreciate the opportunity to review your account, past service notes, and treatment history to understand exactly what’s happened and determine the best path forward.
