The team was great

The team was great. They set more traps. We discovered two more mice caught, and we caught another one last night. The team is always very professional and friendly as well.

This is the second time I have decided…

This is the second time I have decided to use them. The 1st time, they would come out but I always had bugs and would have yellow jackets and carpenters bees. There were always huge cobwebs in my windows. I would end up climbing up a ladder to get them cleaned out. I would always call and ask them to come out. They would say they came out, but same problems always existed. I think the technicians would come to our house but wouldn’t fully treat the house. It is a larger home so it takes more of their time to treat and more product. So it’s not profitable, so they must be told to go fast and use less product! I decided to give them another try (Stupid me!)because they supposedly had new management. I’m having the same issues. Now they won’t cancel my contract without charging me $200!!! They are horrible people. They lie and don’t treat my home like they are supposed to. I have 4 months left on my contract I have decided I will call them every Monday and Friday to come out and treat my home every week. Since they are so concerned about contracts, it says in the contract that if I’m not satisfied with the treatment I can have them come back out every week, so that is what I will do! I recommend you don’t ever sign up with them. I have so many more things I can complain about but there isn’t enough room on this review.

I can understand how frustrating it is to still see yellow jackets, carpenter bees, and heavy cobwebbing after service, and to feel like you had to handle things yourself. That’s not the level of care we aim to provide at Aptive Environmental.

A larger home should never mean a rushed or incomplete treatment. Our service professionals are expected to treat each home thoroughly based on its needs, and it’s concerning to hear that it felt otherwise.

I also hear your frustration regarding the contract and cancellation fee. When you’re unhappy with the service, the last thing you want is to feel stuck. While our service guarantee does allow for re-treatments if you’re not satisfied, the goal should be getting it right the first time, not requiring constant follow-up from you.

We would truly appreciate the opportunity to review your account, past service notes, and treatment history to understand exactly what’s happened and determine the best path forward. Aptive seems responsive and attentive

My knowledge of pest control is based on buying chemicals at the hardware store. That said, Aptive seems responsive and their field technicians (who conduct the treatments) have been courteous and attentive.

Had to complain to get tech back - Glad I was home on a Saturday so I…

Glad I was home on a Saturday so I could get the tech to come back and actually do something as he originally spent MAYBE 10 minutes at our house. Tired of this happening and paying for service, and still having so many spider webs and such around the house. When he came back, actually reloaded the bait trap that was totally empty ( and he missed because he didn’t actually walk around the house). When he came back, he actually got a lot of the webs after I sent him pictures. Shouldn’t have to complain to get treatment done.

Bugs are GONE!

Since Aptive has been servicing my home I have not seen any pill bugs inside. Before hiring them the bugs would hatch in the spring and I would find 10-15 of them on my floors every day. No more thanks to Aptive!
