Good service

The service people are very good, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I asked the scheduler to drop a service from my plan, the serviceman showed up anyway.

Pictures tell so much, until Aptive, I never had any company do this. Service agents are always courteous and on time.

The ants are under control and I have hope the mice will be too . However the yellow jackets are still very alive and active by the porch.

No Bee Hives

I called to have someone come out to help with a yellow jacket nest on the roofline as we were having a roof put on. Two people came out that day to address my concerns. Both were very respectful and honest as they explained they do not do bee removal and reminded me of the service they do. Although they could not help I appreciate how they addressed my concerns.

The technician always comes to the door before starting treatment to discuss any issues I need addressed. They’ll explain the planned treatment.

Quick and Responsive

The tech was quick and responsive to my requests. He knew what he was doing, and I appreciate the pictures of the areas showing his applications. Even with this hot, humid summer, I've had no pest concerns. The hornets that were an issue when I first moved here are gone.

For the past 4 or 5 months I have had…

For the past 4 or 5 months I have had an increasing amount of large ants in my upstairs master bathroom and now the closet. It started out just one or two, and each month it has increased. Please address this ASAP or I will cancel my service. I never had this problem before with my last pest control provider. Thanks! Toni Dallier 724-272-1841

Excellent Service and Results

I have experienced great results and maintenance from the service the Aptive crew had provided! I can always have confidence that any problematic insect I may run across (black ants, spiders, even Lantern Flies) will be eliminated with the upcoming treatment my property receives. Aptive has been taking care of my property since 2019, and have always been responsive, and invested in fully providing satisfaction of service.
