The service person was nice and polite

The service person was nice and polite. Only thing is there were a few ants that still came around.

No Consistency

Every time my service date is announced, Aptive gives me "Monday" or "Tuesday" with no time stated. I cannot spend a whole day waiting for someone to show up. I have called each time, for over a year, asking what time slot is scheduled. Each time I'm reassured that the next time will be different.
I never see the same person twice. Every month there's a different person and some are not very interested in their job. I'm never sure if they bait the rat traps or not. It would help if the same person was assigned to the same customers each time.

The technicians that come out are always professional, friendly and never dismiss my concerns. They’re always willing to treat additional areas and offer suggestions when needed.

The service tech was amazing

The service tech was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Communicating with aptive is at best frustrating experience. All customer service is handled in call centers overseas, and they really can't help with anything. If you are looking to begin pest control service, stick with a company with U.S. based communication staff.

Alize did amazing job taking care of the webs not just around the house but also in the backyard. She was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly.

My experience has been hit or miss…

My experience has been hit or miss depending on who the technician is. The level of dedication is not with all the technicians or the office staff. Scheduling is an issue and communication around scheduling is less than adequate. I received on days notice for my last pest control visit which was not supposed to be till September 12th. I tried to postpone that visit till my scheduled visit on 9/12 and you tried to charge me $199.00!!! Just poor service from that aspect!!

Thorough, friendly, effective service as always! Our ant problem has finally been resolved, thanks to special targeted treatments. Aptive is a huge improvement over our last pest service. Highly recommend.

The service I receive seems moderately…

The service I receive seems moderately effective. We've always been "heavy" in spider and web infestation. Not sure we'll ever totally control this but I'd like to say its been reduced.

IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE HIM COME WHEN YOU TOLD ME HE WOULD. AS I HAVE BEENY ILL HE SPOKE TO MY DAUGHTER AND WENT TO WORK AND LEFT AFTER TELLING MY DAUGHTER HE WAS GOING.

They notify me of their arrival time

They notify me of their arrival time. They are prompt and courteous asking what I need done. They are quick and then tell me what they found and what they did .

Our main concern was elimination of…spiders

Our main concern was elimination of spiders. A week later, many weds were back...indicating to me that either the webs ere knocked down but not sprayed, or the spay was ineffective for spiders. Disappointing
