Thank you for sharing this. I can understand how frustrating it must have been to agree to quarterly service, receive confirmation, and then later see your home being serviced every four weeks with the associated charges. A change like that without clear communication would understandably feel upsetting, especially when it significantly impacted your costs.

At Aptive, any adjustments to service frequency or billing should be clearly communicated and agreed upon. Being told “that’s just the way we do things” does not reflect the level of transparency we aim to provide.

We truly appreciate you acknowledging our service professionals, and it is disappointing that the administrative side of your experience overshadowed that. We would welcome the opportunity to review your account and original agreement details. Please reach out to us at socialmedia@goaptive.com with your service address so we can take a closer look and address any discrepancies appropriately.
