Chase was very pleasant and did an excellent job taking care of our needs. The scheduling department has been horrible! We had been rescheduled six times before we finally had a technician show up at her house.

When I signed up for this service I was…

When I signed up for this service I was very clear with your sales rep I never wake before noon. Your techs always call or text before ten.
I have no idea what they do but if you can’t work after one please stop the contract

I like the written feedback

I like the written feedback. I dont know uf they are dealing with moles in lawn as promised when we signed up. Dont know when they need to come inside the house. Seems they are here less than five minutes when they come. Dont know how to let them know we want them to deal with some thing special like a wasp next next to door.

I wanted back yard done twice

Josh was great! 10 out of 10 points/stars

Josh, on Friday was great. He called ahead (instead of texting to a land line), he listened, he did what I asked, he provided feedback and suggestions. He was concerned about my pet. He had info about where the bait stations *should* be, and replaced the one that was missing. He noted that the stations were not where they were supposed to be, and showed me that the ones he found were empty--which they should not have been. Josh gets 10 out of 10 points for courtesy, pleasantness, and willingness to help and provide excellent service.
Aptive, as a company, on the other hand, has provided increasingly poor service over the time I've contracted with them. I originally contracted them for an any problem. I still have a serious ant problem. Every year, from March or April until November. Not helpful.

The employees are very professional

The employees are very professional and respectful to us and the property. They communicate the appointments with 2 weeks in advance and on the day of the appointments they ensure to text you when they are in route to your home. Definitely the best company I dealt with for pest control.

The service people are very good. It’s the “office staff” (sales dept) that I have a problem with. I feel they misled me on pricing.
