Exceed My expetation

Camera continuously losing the WiFi connection. 5 meters from router, no walls no obstacles. Changed the router, same effect. Did factory reset of everything on the connection path - same.

Got sent a refurbished unit when mine broke even though it was outside the window of warranty. Highly recommend!

The service received from Isabel was 5 star, great service.

I bought a lot of aqara devices over the past years and i’m overall satisfied. The products i love the most are the door and window sensors, FP2, FP300, Lighting Products and Switches :)
I can recommend aqara products and already do so to family and friends!
