Daisy was very attentive to my complain and done her full best to provide me with all the support I needed. She made me trust Aqara brand more.

Great and quick support. My issue was taken very seriously and Aqara acted quickly. After my own investigation, they turned on a debug log but in the meantime they pushed new firmware that solved the issue.

Als ich technische Probleme mit meinem smarten Türschloss U200 bekam, wandte ich mich an den Support von Aqara. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht mir dabei zu helfen das Problem zu beseitigen. Am Ende wurde mir zugesagt dass scheinbar defektes Schloss auszutauschen. Alles ging sehr schnell, verständnisvoll und freundlich! Herzlichen Dank
