The live foods came in good packaging although the delivery was a bit slow. I will buy again in the future.

Been to aquamania today to get bits for our axolotyl and tank the staff there was fantastic so helpful especially frankie who went above and beyond to help us she literally spent so much time with us making sure the things we bought where correct and what we was looking for nothing was a bother she was more than happy to help we will definitely be returning in future for all our axolotyl needs 😀

Would like to thank all your staff for great customer service today but a extra special thanks to Franki she went out her way today as i brought a few tropical fishes including ur usual one the dwarf clown peckot which took Franki awhile to find and collect but it was great fun to watch.

I have relied on Aquamania to supply live food daphnia and bloodworms for my newts and goldfish for some time. Within the difficulties of transporting live food via the postal system they have been overall excellent. Very good communication on the rare occasion there is a problem

This may not have been your fault but royal mail were supposed to deliver it on Saturday didn't deliver it till the Monday and then the river shrimp were all dead

Bought four packs of white worms and was impressed with the packing. Inside the box and sandwiched between packaging was a big bag holding four resealable bags, each containing worms and soil. This meant an easy transfer to their culturing boxes and an easy clean up.
Very appreciative of the care shown.
Cost of the items was very good as well.

Ordered and collected the correct item with no hassle

Bought fresh water shrimps. Everyone was dead on arrival. Don’t know how I can say anything differently. Told the would come back to me in 48 hours. Still not heard.
