Aquamarina レビュー 

I guess it's hard to trust anyone nowadays. Lately I bought the Aqua Marina Cascade SUP paddle board based on reviews etc, from MicksGarage online store in Ireland. To my surprise, they shipped out a 2022 series model when it should have been a 2025 series model, as they are still promoting on their website. To top it all, it only lasted two times in the water before it got deformed and warped. I contacted the manufacturer and they suggested that I contact the seller as they told me that the item is two years out from the manufacturer warranty. So I did contact the seller, all I got so far after six or seven days from MicksGarage for my multiple email was, automated email replies, all saying the same thing. I am very disappointed with the seller's behaviour and the manufacturer's approach to this issue, while both of them pretend to be the top of the line of sellers and manufacturers. What I bought is a totally worthless product and beware of sellers promise, not all that shine is gold. Not every discount is worth the hassle that one can go through (which I am still going through) and mind you, I still paid good money for my desired Aqua Marina Cascade Hybrid SUP paddle board. It cost me around 590 euros in total and got a 3 year old defective one. Beware.

Ich kaufte ein SUP direkt über aquamarina.at und hier in aller Kürze mein Erlebnis:

Bestellung und Lieferung waren perfekt, alles ging flott und gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Nach der ersten Benützung ging jedoch gleich mal diese Finne verloren und dies trotz Sicherung.
Es stellte sich raus, dass das Plastik so weich ist, dass diese Finne einfach immer wieder rausgeht. Somit reklamierte ich das und meine Anfrage wurde auch ernst genommen und ging zu einer anderen Abteilung.

Dann meldete sich nie wieder jemand bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo ich ein Mail von DPD bekam, dass irgendetwas "heute" abgeholt wird.
Ich dachte sofort an das SUP aber es gab KEINE Info, wie der Sachstand meines Probleme ist.

Ich nahm Kontakt mit aquamarina.at auf und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich ein neues bekomme und das alte zurückgeschickt werden muss.
Da ich nicht wusste, was genau ersetzt wird (zB. nur SUP oder alles?), nahm ich nochmal vermehrt Kontakt auf und bekam nie wieder eine Antwort!

Ich teilte außerdem mit, dass DPD schon da war und was abholen wollte, ich aber nicht wusste, was abzuholen ist.

Fakt ist: Ich bekam dann NIE wieder eine Antwort und das SUP wurde geliefert und das alte habe ich dann retourniert ohne Pumpe, da ich auf eine Rücksendung überhaupt nicht vorbereitet war.

Alles extrem chaotisch ... ich würde dort nie wieder etwas kaufen !!!
