Fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

The initial survey and recommendations were explained which helped with decisions and location of the unit.

The 2 installers were professional, tidy and really helpful. They gave full instructions on how to use it and were very patient with the questions raised by my parents

From the moment I made my initial enquiry with Aquila Heating, I was genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and care. I’d been shopping around for a new boiler and came across their offer to lock in pre-April prices despite all the recent price hikes — which ended up saving me over £200 compared to other quotes I’d received!

The process was seamless. The survey was booked quickly, and the surveyor was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and tailor the system to suit my home. There was no hard sell, just honest advice and a clear breakdown of what to expect.

What really stood out was the speed of the installation — they managed to fast-track me in much sooner than expected. The engineers were punctual, polite, and respectful of my property. Everything was done to a high standard, and they left the place spotless. You honestly wouldn’t have known any work had been done!

I also signed up for their care plan, which is far better value than my previous plan with one of the big-name providers. I’m now paying less per month and getting more cover — it’s a no-brainer. It gives me real peace of mind knowing everything’s looked after going forward.

I’m absolutely delighted with the entire experience. Aquila Heating delivered exactly what they promised — quality, value, and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a boiler replacement or heating support.

The staff from start to finish were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to a very high standard.

Aquila did a top notch job installing a new boiler for me about a year ago and followed it up with an inspection / service this week. Great communication when arranging the service and the engineer (Zak) turned up on time, was very proffessional and made no mess. The service is part of the cover I took out with Aquila and far far better value than equivalents from British Gas/Homeserve etc. Top marks.

The engineer Dylan, arrived on time on the day specified to install my new Hive EO Mini Pro 3 EV Charger. He was a very pleasant man and easy to talk to.
We agreed where the new electrical equipment inside my garage and the EV Charger outside my garage would be fitted.
This was completed in a professional manner to a high standard.
Dylan installed the hive app on my mobile, explained its functions and completed the required electrical equipment testing. I have also received the electrical installation certificates.
Although I had some initial app problems I have now successfully used the app and charger to charge my recently purchased MG ZS EV car.
It's still early days, but so far I am very pleased with Aquila Heating and Plumbing services.

Reliable, professional and friendly attitude to the job inland.

On time, friendly and efficient.

Two heating engineers came to fit my new combi boiler upgrading my 25 year old conventional boiler. They did a great job very clean and tidy I was concerned about the brick work that needed to be done because the old boiler flue was quite big, but I didn't need to worry they did a great job in replacing and cutting in the bricks matched perfectly. I would recommend this company.

Really impressed with the service from Aquila heatingand plumbing company and my install done today by Zac and partner professional install new boiler wrking well and they cleaned up after....Thankyou lads

Friendly and helpful engineer. Work done efficiently. It was a little irritating when I booked an afternoon appointment online and the appointment was made by Aquila for the morning, I dropped one star for this
