I've been a client of Arc Comms for a number of years now, and always found them efficient, prompt and helpful. This time, however, Nick went over and above in service. I changed providers and all went well apart from one glitch, namely I couldn't make calls to landlines. It took a lot of work and phone calls on Nick's part, but all done with great good humour, patience, tenacity and kindness and finally, to our joint relief, success!

We have been dealing with Arc for over 15 years, probably since they opened their doors. The relationship is mainly over the phone, though in the early days we used to visit the office. They manage and look over my mobile phone business contract with EE, formally Orange. Though we are only a small business, (less than 10 handsets) that does not stop them from providing us with a first class service, year on year. We have a designated business account manager, who never fails to seek out the best deals based on our requirements, including Sim only deals... They also reward our loyalty with kickbacks, it used to be phone cases, chargers etc, but now its cash transferred back into your account... Would 100% recommend these guys, our topman there is "Nick"....

Arc solutions makes it easy. I've been a customer of arc for over 11 years now and look forward to hearing from Nick the vender every few years, I find him pleasant, helpful, honest and the company as a whole is so time saving. They come up with a new contract every 36 months for me and I sometimes take a phone with that or continue with the one I have. There is no hidden costs involved with arc which is another thing I value. They remove any leg work for me and for someone with ADHD and autism it makes life so simple. I literally do nothing. He asks what I need and finds me a great deal to match my needs. I'm always trying to save money on things and they have always found me an affordable contract that I'm happy with. I have to be honest I don't understand contracts and comparisons and sorting all that stuff used to send me in to a spin but since 2014 Ive not had to worry about that and it's really relieved some anxiety and stress for me. I definitely recommend the company not just for people like me who are neurodivergent but anyone because it really does take just 5 minutes to sort and saves so much time in our busy lives.

I've received very good service from this company for over 10 years now and have regularly dealt with Nick. Contracts always renewed on time and they're always prepared to try and help price wise. Very happy with my new contract.

I found all aspects of our negotiating our facility renew broadband and mobiles was conducted with professionalism, I have been with Arc some 14 years and am happy to continue with them, good company to deal with.

I'm well pleased with the service that I get from ARC . My phone is something I use without really thinking about it. But Steve rings me just when I need to upgrade. He knows what I want and, considering we only talk once a year or so, he knows what I need and is ready with a suggestion. The conversations are friendly and not at all patronising as we non-techies sometimes suffer. And he knows my name so ten out of ten to his database.

I was a little sceptical when MacKenzie cold called regarding upgrading our EE account. I didn't want a new phone just a new sim, there was no hard sell he listened and got me what I wanted.
He got back in touch when another business phone was coming up for renewal and changed this to sim only for me. Once again I was impressed with his swift action, everything was sorted for us with no disruption. I would recommend Mackenzie and Arc Mobiles
