What can I say ‘Arden’ estate agents have been brilliant! I knew Dominique was ‘the one’ when she came to value my property. She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team. Thanks so much to the after sales team who have also done an amazing job. I would wholeheartedly recommend the ‘Arden’ Worcester office to anyone! Thanks again

Can’t fault our experience with Arden’s at all, we sold and bought our house through Arden’s and they were incredible. They were so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions I had! I would especially recommend Nina, Kelly & Katie who were amazing throughout our whole housing journey! They ensured we were kept up to date at all times and worked tirelessly to get us the correct information from solicitors or others when we needed it! 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼

Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started.
They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price.
On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

From start to finish it was very professional and good communication.
Especially enjoyed using the online features for adren so I could put an offer in and track other houses i had viewed.

From start to finish our experience with Arden estate agents Redditch has been superb. Every member of the team has been very helpful throughout the entire sale process. In particular Halinka, our sales progessor, was extremely helpful and she expertly helped us to navigate our move. She was always on hand to answer our queries and provide reassurance. We would highly recommend Arden.

We sold our house back in July. Pete came out to give us some information initially and did a great job of getting it on the market quickly. Pete did this alongside his colleagues who came to take excellent pictures of the property which without a doubt helped sell it quickly. Amy was our most constant point of contact and I can’t rate her highly enough. Lots of phone calls and some really good advice along the way. She’s very personable and friendly along with a few laughs really made the experience top notch. Thank you so much everyone at Arden!

Arden have been incredible dealing with the sale of our property. Every member of staff has a professional manner and highly efficient. We would thoroughly recommend Arden to anyone, their service has been first class.

Arden’s Bromsgrove have been great throughout. From the start of the process, to all the agents who did the viewings and kept me updated and finally to Jayne Bennett, the sales progression manager, who is fantastic. All have been professional, friendly and supportive of the move and chasing where needed. Will defiantly recommend and use Ardens Bromsgrove again in the future!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Leanne at Arden’s enough. We were the middle house in a relatively simple chain but it was made frustratingly difficult due to our buyers solicitor. Leanne kept us updated, informed, and went above and beyond to get the exchange completed. I’m truly grateful for all her hard work. If you’re looking for an estate agents that really care about the clients then go with Arden’s!

Arden’s in Worcester from the very beginning have provided a great service in terms of marketing, achieving many well qualified leads of interest and great follow up to close the deal.
