I jumped in too fast but it’s OK
Initially I found the holding period and return rate to be disappointing, but the excellent customer support team was able to assist me with being able to withdraw my money (although with a fee, which is in alignment with their rules).

Very hard (nearly impossible) to sell shares
Very hard to sell shares. I've been waiting to sell my last share for over 6 months.
There is very little info about my purchase including the date of purchase and the selling period. They responded to my review by giving me a reference ID and a promise that their "staff" would assist me.
What I received was a bot with a programed reply on how to sell my last property. I already know how to sell on the site.
They stated the "sellable" indication but like I said, there is noting on the site that states what the holding period is or when I purchased the property.
I should also mention that Im a CPA with a long history in the real estate business. With so little information available Im thinking that it's a scam.
Stay away from Ark7!!!!

Unique idea, enjoyable process.
I have certainty in the company for financial support, and it's nice to get access to specific real estate investments at affordable packets.
I find the user interface somewhat clunky and hard to navigate at times--I always get to what I need to get to, but it sometimes takes a little searching.

Absolutely do not trust this company- update
Update 05/11/2026- this company has attempted to flag my review in every way possible and have it removed. Yet, trustpilot continues to reinstate it. Why? Because this company is dishonest and will steal your money. I have all the proof I could possibly need to show i trusted them with my money to turn around and lose $5000 of my hard earned money.
Update 4/30/26- Still absolutely do not trust this company. I have signed/dated contracts and emails from Yizhen Zhao, CEO of this company that say they received my money. They are liars and thieves. And unfortunately I live in Oregon and they do business in San Francisco, ca. I can not afford to take legal action through another state.

Absolutely do not trust this company. I invested $5000 with them. Almost two years later, I went to withdrawal my money only to be told that I had nothing to withdrawal. I have contracts signed and proof of my deposits. Yet, they say that they will not return my money.

I should get 10% of 200$ which should be 20$ per month interest.paid 100$ per share and only got 75$ per share thru a lot of hard work and no help. Whatever. I have 200$ 2 shares that finally are available to sell today Feb 19 but they won’t let me and 0 customer support just a basic terminator chat bot. Thanks Skynet. Waited over a year to sell my property and they won’t let me. Overall it does work and transfer in out are quick

Customer service is awful
Customer service is absolutely awful....going on 2 weeks with no reply over my withdraw...so basically don't use this app...they DNt care as long as they are using your money....and the return on your money is next to none.

I love the website
I love the website. It’s easy to navigate and and very informative. The you tube channel answers a lot of questions and and explains things in a way you can understand. The only negative is that it’s hard to reach someone if you need something or want to talk to to a real human, however, when they do finally get back to you they can help and then they follow up to make sure things are working for you. I highly recommend Ark7. It’s fun!!!

Don’t do it!!!! It is nearly impossible to get your money out once you begin to gain. The gain is very little unless you deposit in a large sum, but you cannot get your money out easily.
Still trying to get my money out of ARK7. Not recommended
