Regarding the property maintenance fees, we understand that this could be a concern for some. These fees ensure that properties are properly managed and maintained for the benefit of our investors. We continuously work to keep these costs as competitive as possible while maintaining high-quality service. We aim to be transparent about all costs, which are reflected in the property's operating statement.

We also understand your concern about liquidity. However, we have a trading market where you can easily place a sell order to convert your investment into cash, providing more flexibility and access to funds when needed.

Since the reward is credited based on completed orders, there may be occasional delays, especially over weekends.

While the order was placed through Ark7, the reward site is responsible for issuing the rewards, as they manage their own promotion. If you qualify, your reward will come directly from them. For the most accurate updates on your reward status, we recommend reaching out to the reward site.

If you bid less than the ask price: Your offer may not be accepted immediately. The transaction will proceed only when a seller agrees to your bid, which may involve waiting or adjusting the bid to match the ask price.

- Match and Settling:

Match: This is the process where a buyer’s bid aligns with a seller’s ask price, creating an agreement to trade.

Settling: After a match occurs, the funds and shares are transferred to finalize the transaction. This process officially transfers ownership of shares to the buyer.

- Signature Process in the Purchase Agreement:

We understand the signing process might be a bit unclear. After reviewing the purchase agreement, you will see a "Next" button instead of a signature box on that page. Clicking "Next" brings you to the final step where you can officially sign.
