AVOID!
I sent off my card to them for grading in January, their website says it can take up to 8 weeks to get it back… we are now in the last week of May and I’ve still not had it back, their tracker never updates, you message them for answers your emails are ignored! They are absolute thieves! I’m now going to trading standards about them and going to try and get money back and money for the card they have clearly stolen!

Hidden costs, tracker didn’t work, emails went ignored. Will go with a different middleman or submit direct next time.

First time using ArkGrading. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Easy to follow instructions, Good communication and love the tracker to see the stages at PSA.. I had a few questions, so I asked via Facebook and received a response within 10 minutes on a Sunday! To top off the great service, my card got a 10!

Purchased their website but realised seconds after that it was for the wrong item.

I contacted them instantly and was told that I'd have to pay a 2.5% fee to cancel.

I then disputed this with Paypal, I spent £1150 and was told that I'd receive a full refund when I checked a week later, I saw that I had been refunded £1050. It was lucky that I saw this and then decided that I would raise a dispute with Amex, my PayPal dispute was cancelled because of this but the staff at Ark Grading were rude and abusive. Saying that I had scammed them when in truth they had scammed me £100... the irony. Maybe they didn't understand the process of chargebacks, I would recommend learning about this before abusing your next customer. I will not be using your services again and would advise others to shop elsewhere.

My first time grading was this year through ArkGrading I was guided professionally through the process and was kept up to date of which stages my card were in. All cards were received back quickly in secure and safe packaging. I will find myself using ArkGrading for all my future grading.

ARK are at the center of subbing cards to PSA, I trust them fully. Very professional service. So easy to get a hold of and proactive about any problems that they are able to sort.
