Too many places in jacket fabric with no color break up. Just mostly green. Not like the picture on advertisement

Excellent service. Had a slight issue, emailed the diligent customer service team and my problem had been solved within minutes.

Fantastic experience!!!! The delivery was amazingly quick, upon receiving my item (great quaility) unfortunately was too big, I called up Arktis and spoke to most lovely woman who helped me with everything i needed, iv purchased a knew item and its been shipped already, couldn't be happier. Will definitely be returning!!

Have been a fan (and a very happy customer) of Arktis clothing since serving in the military and have purchased many items over the years, even now as a civilian. Quality, robustness and price have always been outstanding. I still have, and use, a smock that I bought 24 years ago. Customer service is excellent. Recently (the only time ever, in over a dozen purchases), I had an issue with one item that I had purchased. I immediately contacted Arktis. Their customer support team replied quickly. They were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Within 2 days the issue was resolved. Very well done Arktis Team! Highly recommended!

Im on my 4th Arktis jacket (b310 best One on The market absolut - atleast The Old models). Bought my newest model in januar 6.jan 2024 coz i Saw there was a new liner and i wanted The upgrade, how ever The jacket i recived was a 2020 model i paied full Price for, and The quality of it was lower than The other 3 Old models i have. I contacted customer support and send The pictures of The bad quality and they Said they would send me a new 2024 model.. going in to May i still haven heard anything from Them and wrote Them again. they Said it would be sent when it had left The factory and they also asked for my size and what model it was - i replied with correct info. (No reply from then on my mail tho)

now we are almost in august, no new mails and no jacket 👎

Verry disapointing.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. Order still hasn’t been shipped. Attempted to contact customer service on 2 social media platforms, email and their web form with no responses to any of them. Wouldn’t order again at this rate.

I ordered a smock from Arktis.co.uk. I had questions regarding sizing : customer service replied quickly and effectively (the smock fits perfectly !).
The quality is amazing (I ordered 2 others during their sales... :D).

TLDR : Amazing customer service. Outstanding quality of their products.

I love my great Arktis military clothing and accessories company brand. True British world leading company. Makers of the finest combat smocks and jackets, shirts etc in my opinion. Wherever they offer a great sale clearance I try to order a few items. Their holdall bags are really great. As are their basic combat jackets and their stowaway windproof jackets especially. They have kit from hats to jackets and trousers in more camouflage patterns offered than anyone else. Just the best kit.

One of my very most favourite companies in the outdoors, military kit, bushcraft survival field. This company makes the best quality clothing in the world, without exception. Their combat jackets are legendary. I like the SWAT shirts too. I have my eyes on one of those in black. It always cheers me up looking through the ranges here on offer, and it's a great place too especially to learn the difference between all of the military camouflages throughout the NATO Free world armies especially. I can now instantly recognise the majority of them by memory.

NB. Simply outstanding quality of goods here from this company. And their regular special offers like the current Easter sale are just simply unmissable.
