We were sad to read your review of your claims experience. As with all of our subscribers’ items we require a valid proof of purchase to be able to accept a claim, even with gifts. Examples of an acceptable proof of purchase include a receipt, retail invoice, or personal bank statement showing the transaction.

A member of our claims team should have already been in contact with you today regarding the completion of your claim. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@armakarma.insure.
