Too scratchy/itchy for me, won't be able to wear this without another thick layer underneath. Washing by hand and air drying it that someone recommended didn't make any difference

Terrible shipping experience
I ordered a gift for xmas. The amount of the gift was quite high and I got free shipping. It was on the 15th of December. As I knew I wanted it for xmas I chose the fastest delivery. I didn't mind paying for it but I wanted it in time for xmas. They sent it out with the slowest delivery method and, of course, it did not arrive in time. Apparently, if you have free shipping they'll send it with the slower delivery method without informing you before. Even if they let you choose the shipping method this does not apply with the free delivery and the nice thing is that they do not say or write it anywhere.

They never delivered
They never delivered, they wouldn't deliver either. Even though I pay up front.
Did get full refund though.
Maybe they didn't have items in stock or something and wouldn't tell.

I have been emailing for weeks and no…
I have been emailing for weeks and no response. They are active on social media and it was the only way to get a reply. Delivery date was shown as dec 22 and they created a label but no one has bothered to ship it.
Worst experience ever. I own a zip down sweater and it was just ok. Had those little balls after a couple of wears. This second shipment is from the EU and a gift, it’s the 26 now and they keep saying it’s going to ship soon. I will have to contact my bank soon if it doesn’t happen. They don’t even have the courtesy to reply to emails. Look elsewhere for your alpaca goods.

Very poor customer service/bait and…
Very poor customer service/bait and switch operation. After ordering a pair of gloves I got an email saying the product was on back order. Several months later, I got an email asking if a different model would work. 2 weeks after that, I got another email asking if a different color would work. Annoying waste of time.
