Zwei Bikinis bestellt - einer kam super spät und sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf dem Bild, durch das Warten auf den zweiten, um wenn dann beide gemeinsam zurückzushippen, war die Rückgabefrist vorbei. Der zweite kam nie an — trotz mehrerer Mails bekomme ich seit Monaten kein Geld zurück.

The swimsuits on Aroabikini look so gorgeous!! I wanted to buy everything! I ended up buying a bikini and a one-piece suit. I look forward to receiving them and can't wait to use them on my summer holiday. The website was so user-friendly and I got a good discount for being a first-time user. I highly recommend :)

Manco a farlo apposta il giorno dopo la mia ultima recensione è arrivato il costume. In sintesi ordine 31 marzo, consegna 14 maggio. Ergo, non ordinate ora perchè per l'estate 2019 non lo avrete! Costo del bikini circa 35 euro, qualità come Tzenis quindi mediocre. Taglia fortunatamente giusta per una L come me. Assegno due stelle solo per il servizio clienti che risponde velocemente. Per il resto non conviene assolutamente fare questa spesa e acquistare un prodotto con una lycra mediocre. Poi fate voi.

My bikini came after many, many weeks and when it did one of the snaps was broken - it didn’t stay snapped. I emailed Aroa to let them know and they told me I had to take a photo of the defect. I did. They told me to take a better/closer photo. I did. Now they are telling me to take a video with all of these file size limitations. I find this a bit outrageous that they will not just take my word for it and allow me to return/exchange the piece. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I loved what ordered, the customer service team was very helpful. As I ordered in India, I was worried wont get It on time , but I received my order perfctly well, n most important the quality is good .

An add on my Instagram caught my eye and decided to buy a bikini. Shipping to Japan was free and they gave me a discount on my second purchase and my process was stress free. I can’t wait to receive my bikini!
It would be nice to have an estimated time of arrival.

Managed to find the site easily through the internet. The site is very easy to use, and the overall inventory of items was quite impressive.
Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

It was only after I made the purchase that I realised the products would take 10-25 days to ship. This is too late as they will arrive after my holiday. There is no option to cancel your order on the website and from what I am reading its expensive and costly to return the items and get a refund. I've emailed to request my order is cancelled but I'm not optimistic having now read the reviews on here! I'll update my post depending on the outcome

I am really disappointed with the shop, 7 weeks ago and I still dont have the goods! Customer Service wrote me E-Mails every week, claiming that it would only take a few more days. Until today I have nothing.

The ordering experience was great. There was a promo for 20% off if you subscribed, which I did. The promo came quick. The caveat, you only had 24 hours to use it. I do feel like that’s a bit high pressure. But I found things I liked and I thought the value was good. Quality of the product is still TBD. But I’m excited to get my order.

Die Passform von "beach blossom one piece" ist nicht optimal, wird vorne um den Hals gekreutzt und hinten gebunden, das fühlt sich wohl für keine Trägerin gut an, das Blumenmuster weicht bei meinem Exemplar vom Bild sehr stark ab, die Blumen sind mehrheitlich Weiss auf dem Bauch, auf der Webseite ausschlisslich Rosa/Violett. Die Abweichung in der Farbe find ich z.b. nicht so schön. Eine Rücksendung schein schwierig zumal das Produkt aus China angeliefert wurde und 8 Wochen gebraucht hat und sich preislich nicht lohn aus Europa.
