Lack of legal protection for clients
I'd be really careful with this company. The agent I spoke to was really reluctant to talk about client rights and protections. I specifically spent a really long time trying to get an answer to the question, what happens if something goes wrong or the results aren't what was agreed. In the end she told me to go somewhere else because she didn't want to answer my questions.

Bin einfach nur begeistert!
Ich kam nach Istanbul mit Arpanu Medical, um mir die Nase operieren zu lassen und fÃŒr ein Bullhorn Liplift.
Von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Operation, dem Dolmetscher im Krankenhaus, zum Arzt und dem Aufenthalt im Privatkrankenhaus. Uns wurde vom Dolmetscher eine 8-stÌndige Besichtigung mit einem eigenen Fahrer durch Istanbul organisiert und als krönenden Abschluss die Nachuntersuchung in der privaten Ordination des Arztes, die noch Àsthetischer ist als seine Arbeit selbst. Die Korrespondenz und Betreuung vor der Reise, vor Ort vor, wÀhrend und nach der Operation und fÌr jeden einzelnen Transfer ist einfach nur professionell und gut organisiert. Im Hotel ist am Tag immer ein Pfleger/eine Pflegerin anwesend, die tatkrÀftig zur Seite stehen und Visiten machen. Das Ergebnis meiner Operation ist jetzt trotz Schwellung und bunter Farbe noch im Gesicht besser als ich es mir je vorstellen konnte!!!
Also ich kann nur jedem wÀrmstens empfehlen alles dort machen zu lassen. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert, niemals im Leben hÀtte ich mir ertrÀumen können wie diese ganze Zeit dort abgelaufen ist.

I booked my breast reduction surgery through Arpanu and honestly I had the best experience. Everything seemed so easy and straight forward, transfers, hotel and interpreters all booked for me hassle free. I canât thank them enough for finding the best surgeon for my procedure. The communication before and during my stay was so efficient. I had a nurse in the hotel for any dressing changes and an agent on hand on WhatsApp for any advice. Cannot fault the experience at all. Special mention for Yetkin Dal who I consulted with through WhatsApp and arranged this whole experience for me.

Ho contattato questa agenzia Arpanù un anno faâ per la riduzione del seno, all inizio sono stata seguita , parlavo con la signora Greta , sono stata operata dal dottor Aykut Gök il quale ha fatto un pessimo intervento, ho ricontattato l agenzia Greta non câera più ,câera il signor Manuel e poi il signor Ugur ,cambiano agente spessissimoð€·ââïždopo una lunga trattativa con Ugur ,ed dovuto faticare per rifare l intervento , volevano farmi ripagare,alla fine ho aggiunto 500 euro , l intervento Ú stato peggio del primo , mi ritrovo con un seno basso ed uno alto, uno piccolo ed uno grande , uno scempio per intenderci, richiamando l agenzia e poi il chirurgo ,per avere il rimborso, si sono scaricati le colpe a vicenda ed io mi ritrovo con due interventi senza risultato e nessuno mi risponde più, sono costretta ad andare per vie legali,non rivolgetevi a questa agenzia arpanuâ e chiedete un medico che non sia Aikut GOk ,ps anche la mia amica Ú tutta storta dopo aver fatto insieme a me la addomino plastica ,fate massima attenzione

Dr. BarıŠÃin is an incredibly experienced surgeon. I had two video consultations with him, and when he realized I was still unsure about which size implants to choose, he suggested coming in one day prior to surgery for another consultation to explore different size options. He provided detailed explanations and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. From the outset, it was paramount to me that my breasts would have a natural appearance and not be overly large. Now, nearly three weeks post-operation, I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. They look exactly as natural as I envisioned them. Additionally, my German translator, Bahar, was incredibly helpful throughout my journey. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries and was always very kind and supportive. Serhat was present at the location and proved to be exceptionally helpful. Apart from assisting with translation, he also provided us with valuable sightseeing recommendations in Istanbul and shared some historical insights.
