This comment it's not coming from a patient who got paralyzed after a surgery or another person who got her face f***** up after a facelift or a man cannot get his wife pregnant after a penis enlargement surgery
It's coming from a foreigner person that working at this company to take care of his family, we were working as medical consultants and they were literally exploiting us. they were making us work illegally without a work permit and they were forcing us to be salesy and push people the book and send deposit rather than focusing on the medical aspect and that was very hard us especially it can affect patient's life negatively.
They got us working for several months without salary or commission and they were promising us on each month that they will pay us the coming month. Then they fired us without paying our salary or commission for 3 months and then told us to go to hell . Since they refused to make us a work permit we can't apply to court or hire a lawyer.

What they did to us affected not only the people who were working their but our families and children, we wre under so much pressure and depression because we weren't able to provide to our kids when they desire something when we go back home

My experience with Cevre Hospital has been horrific.

In my opinion, this is the type of hospital that makes you feel valued before they receive your money, but once you have paid and had surgery, the aftercare and accountability disappear.

The surgeon came across to me as arrogant, dismissive, and unwilling to properly engage with my concerns. Instead of receiving a detailed clinical explanation, I felt brushed off with vague responses and excuses.

The staff communication was also extremely poor. I repeatedly raised serious concerns, asked for my complete medical records, and requested a formal written response. Instead, I received delays, inconsistent WhatsApp replies, and long periods of being ignored.

The Patient Rights handling was, in my opinion, absolutely useless. A Patient Rights department should protect patients, respond properly, and ensure complaints are handled transparently. In my case, I felt ignored, dismissed, and left to chase basic answers for months.

At different points, I was told or led to believe my concerns could be normal healing, swelling, sleeping position, language barrier, internal nasal issues, or something another doctor could revise. That is not professional aftercare — that is a hospital throwing out excuses instead of giving a clear written clinical explanation.

I also have serious concerns about the use of identifiable images of my face and whether proper, specific consent was obtained for public or promotional use.

As an international patient, I trusted this hospital. When I needed support, transparency, records, and accountability, I felt completely abandoned.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn anyone considering surgery at Cevre Hospital to be extremely careful. Do not just trust polished social media posts. Ask yourself what happens if you have concerns afterwards. Ask yourself whether you will actually receive proper aftercare, proper records, and a proper complaint response.

In my opinion, the surgeon was arrogant, the staff were poor, and the Patient Rights handling was absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone based on my experience.

Özel hastanenizde aldığım hizmetten memnun kalmadım. İlgili doktorun yaklaşımı saygısız ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Muayene sırasında sesini yükseltmesi, sert ve kırıcı bir üslup kullanması ve hastaya üstten bakan tavrı son derece rahatsız ediciydi.

Sorularımı dinlemeden geçiştirdi ve yeterli açıklama yapmadı. Kendimi ciddiye alınmamış hissettim.

Please avoid at all costs. They are super helpful and friendly until you pay , unfortunately for me I was told to pay upfront in advance. Once they had my money the attitude changed. They overcharged me, which I pointed out immediately and they said not to worry they'd refund me straight away. I'm still waiting a year later!
I am very unhappy with my results and have too many issues to list here, but the hospital are not interested. When I made complaints they blocked me.
For all their boasting about being a well established hospital NOT a clinic, they are all about the money, once they have that, they don't care whether your happy or not.

Dr. İbrahim Halil hocama radyoloji doktorumuza ve hastane direktörümüze çok teşekkür ederiz. Süreci başından sonuna çok hızlı bir şekilde yönettiler. Ameliyatımız sorunsuz ve sağlıklı bir şekilde sonuçlandı. Odalar temiz çalışanlar ilgili tavsiye ediyorum.

Ilk defa geldim. Hastanede ki tüm personelin yaklaşımı harika ve ilgili. Doktorlarımızdan dahiliye doktoru remzi bey radyoloji doktoru erdem bey genel cerrah doktoru hakan bey ve genel koordinatör prof. hocamız yaklasimlariyla gayet insanı rahatlatan moral veren bir tutum sergiliyor. Hepsine teşekkür ederim.

Hastane girisindeki personellerin davranişlari guzeldi,doktor remzi bey hastayla ilgisi olan guzeldi,acilde ki saglik personellerin davranişlari gayet iyiydi.

Oda hizmeti gayet iyi Şelval ve yaren hanım gece hemşerileri gayet iyiydi hizmetleri gündüz Hemşireleri Feyza Beyza ve Sude hanım onlarında hizmetleri gayet iyiydi hepsine teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum Hastane genel olarak temizdir ve personeller gayet ilgili ve saygılıdır. Nurses do NOT speak english…. I was terribly burnt from lipo, i paid for breast lift, never got it…… definitely do ur research
