Arraytics has truly impressed me. their solutions work seamlessly, n their support team is absolutely topnotch. Any time I've had a question or a minor issue, theyve been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent products with such outstanding customer service. Highly recommend

Great Support! They did a fantastic job of fixing the issue and informing us how they did is so what we can know and investigate that next time if another issue arrises.

WPCafe plugin:
Do not fall for the 5 stars reviews here, most probably coming from their team.
I fall for the pro version, and it is just not worth a penny.
They advertise for +34 menus, only one of them is ready to be used, the rest is just a huge chaos.
*Table booking:
Non of the main logic features exists:
- You can not filter by status
- Can not sort the list
- Not easy to distinguish based on status as they do not use color labeling
-Completed booking will still show up in your face forever

My excel sheet works way better than their booking system.
Whenever i reach out to them to ask for a very basic function and if it exists, they respond with:
"go to this link and ask for feature", a link that has requested features for many years ago.

A great plugin for event management!

I’ve been using Eventin for a few months to organize both online and physical events, and the experience has been excellent. The interface is intuitive, easy to use even for those without technical experience, and the features offered are extremely useful — from ticket and attendee management, to integration with Zoom and Google Calendar.

A big plus is the ability to create recurring events and fully customize event pages. Also, the technical support has been prompt and efficient every time I needed help.

I highly recommend Eventin for any WordPress site that needs a professional event management solution. Excellent value for money!

We asked to delete automatically renewal, but for some technical reason the payment was processed anyway. I contacted them to understand the issue and they answered after some minutes that they would have found the problem and reimburse immediately. I received the notification of the reimbursement like 10 minutes later. They're really ready to solve the problems!

The Timetics plugin works very well and does exactly what it promises. The interface for managing bookings is intuitive, especially the map system for selecting and assigning seats. It's a great tool and I’ve had a very positive experience using it.

Easy to use, compared to MEC, from where I will switch. Superhelpful support (pro version).

There is a learning curve at first, but once you get used to the system, customer service is very good. They offer helpful support through both chat support and live support options, and they are responsive to your questions and issues. Overall, the support team is knowledgeable and works to ensure you have a positive experience.

We use Eventin Pro and the support from ThemeWinter has been exceptionally good.

Great plugins and excellent Customer Support

I'm sincerely our of words to tell you a great the support team is.
Last year I encountered some problems with setting up their plugins, and they helped me perfectly.
This year, a set up that I had made seemed to not work. They offered to have a look at it and retrieve every data that didn't work while people were submitting the form.
I can't be thankful enough to all the support team that has been helping me, especially Ashik!

I work for a small non-profit and we have skills and recreation programs for those with autism and other developmental disabilities. We needed a way for participants to RSVP for our events, so we landed on Eventin. When compared to our previous RSVP plugin, Eventin is much easier to use, much nicer to look at and has so many great options. I say the app is “mostly” great because there are a few things I am still trying to figure out where it has had some conflicts with other apps…that said I am not giving up on it because I see the potential and I know it will be a great system for us to use for RSVPs.

On the other hand, the customer service I have been receiving is EXCELLENT!!! This is why I am not giving up, I have felt so valued as a customer and been very impressed by the genuine care shown to me. I have been working with Rakibuzzaman A. who is just outstanding! He has made time for me on a zoom call even in the middle of the night. This alone makes me want to support Eventin and keep working on it until I can get it to do what I need. Rakibuzzaman has been the best customer service agent I have ever worked with, so for that I am giving a 5 star review!

I've had some issues with the new Pro Version but the support is extremely helpful and always very motivated to help.

When I couldn't find the download link, I had a short chat and got the solution.
The great thing was that they were waiting for me. As soon as I asked my question, they answered.
