Great service! Eventin just keeps getting better also!

I’ve only used it once so far but it has all the features I need, even helps with reporting to pay out the artists at the end of the night. Support is prompt and interface is nice and easy to use.

We have been testing Timetics since May 2025, and we are almost upgrading to another plan, for final testing implementation, switching from Calendly. My 1st impression is that they offered customer support above average competitors, no stupid AI answers. They jump on the ticket to get it solved. They have a great team on the backend ready to assist you and deliver a great customer experience!

I’ve been using the Eventin plugin for my WordPress site and honestly, it’s been a game changer for managing events. Everything from setting up tickets to integrating payments with WooCommerce has been super smooth. It’s packed with features but still easy to use, which I really appreciate.

But what really stood out to me was their support team. I had a few issues during setup (mostly on my end), and they were so helpful and patient. They responded quickly, guided me step-by-step, and even went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly. You don’t always get that kind of support these days, so I’m genuinely impressed.

Really happy with Eventin. I’d used another ticketing plugin for many years, but it became increasingly unstable. After setting up Eventin and then requiring some support to allow compatibility with my Wordpress theme (support was very fast and responsive) I am now underway with Eventin. Very pleased with this event ticketing solution which I use for virtual events (Zoom).

I had quite a few issues with the language and date/time format and later with the ticket purchasing section disappearing. The site I was using this plugin on is not in English and while most of the strings could be translated using Loco Translate, I still had issues with date and time appearing in English with american time display (AM/PM) in the confirmation email and event calendar. The support team provided me with details and helped me realise my mistake when I was trying to fix this programmatically and is still helping me to resolve the AM/PM issues.

Four stars mostly because of some static and fixed values, which should be dynamic (specifically date and time settings based on the site’s settings). While the free version is great for even a bit more complex events, language support without the need of manual translation would be nice. Some strings are missing from Loco Translate and you have to edit them in the plugin files. In some areas, the site’s date and time format doesn’t apply correctly – mentioned above, the site uses “9. julij, 2025” and 13:30, but the confirmation email template has a fixed datetime format, the event calendar also displays the date in English (9. July) as well as on the recurring event details where the times use am and pm. There are also a few bugs in the dashboard, for example the available option to display 100 events per page which is not free, when generating shortcodes for the event calendar you can select if you’d like to generate category-only calendar, which doesn’t work because it’s actually a paid feature. These fields should be disabled, as it now gives you the impression it’s going to work.

All in all this is a great plugin with many free functionalities, but it can be a bit stressful and annoying if you’re trying to use a different language and datetime format.
