Booktics is an excellent booking and appointment plugin easy to set up, with a clean UI and a very intuitive workflow. Creating services, managing schedules, and handling bookings works smoothly, and overall performance has been reliable on my site. Support from the team is responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

There was an unusual conflict between EventIn & Elementor on my website. Reached out to EventIn support and they dug deep into my website to fix the issue. Apparently it was a unique issue that only happened to my website. Am very appreciative of their efforts to check deeply and fix the issue.

However, the fix was implemented on the themes's functions.php code which means that the fix could disappear if the theme gets updated. I was not informed of this from the start and only got confirmation after asking the support team further. Would appreciate if this was mentioned without me asking, as it feels like a half-advice knowing the issue would reoccur but not advised on.

So they give you a Demo to work around just so they are covered for the refund policy but then you get the actual product and there are tools and settings which you couldn't know don't exist or that are different from the Demo. Ofcource when I asked for a refund they said no. And their reason was that I had a demo and I could have asked them at any point. Its as if they gave me an apple and I had to ask is this an apple? And at the end it was a painted orange.
