The only thing that could have improved


The only thing that could have improved the delivery experience would have been a text or email with tracking, so I knew when to expect the item.
The courier did a substantial amount of damage to the packaging, probably due to its weight, however no damage occurred to the log splitter and I think I have all the nuts and bolts but a few were found loose within the cardboard box packaging.

I am delighted with the log splitter, it does everything I hoped it would with ease. The instructions for putting the AT Stand together and fitting it to the splitter were excellent and made this process easy.

Late delivery

I I waited in for delivery as it was scheduled
for that day received a message saying sorry it couldn’t be delivered so arranged for day after again received the same message finally arrived on the 3rd day
