Having spent sometime looking for a log splitter, I decided on Arrows Uk. The website had each size and provided detail on each use which assisted me greatly in choosing the one I eventually purchased. Following placing the order the item was delivered within days , as opposed to other purchases Ive done, typically taking weeks to be delivered. Once I received the splitter and having unpacked I noted that a part was missing. I emailed that evening and got a prompt reply back. The part was dispatched the next day without question. I would not hesitate to recommend Arrows Uk for any purchases, due to ease of ordering, quick dispatch and fantastic customer service, hence the reason I have rated them 5 stars.

Delivered next day, chain saw was even better than expected, seems to be very solidly constructed as good as well known brands, haven’t tried it yet so time will tell.

Very impressive indeed. Delivered (by a decent courier whose driver did everything properly) within 48 hours of my placing the order. This efficiency was *extremely* helpful because I was about to take my dog (not the sort who will sit quietly wearing a seat belt) on a long journey and had just found to my horror that my old dog travel cage didn't fit into my new Land Rover. This cage was guaranteed to fit my model's rather odd shape, and it did, exactly. It's a very good, solid cage. Thank you so much.

I've been looking for a crate for a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan since I purchased the car. Because of the new lower boot floor on the Tiguan's it has been near on impossible to find one. I looked on Arrows website and here was the perfect one. Fits brilliantly in the boot even with a bit of space left. Would definitely recommend and use again.
