All the AOF items are top quality, and arrive swiftly. Customer service especially Bailley has always been a spot on with queries or the odd time something has needed to be resolved. The AOF team truly care about their customers and I’m looking forward to many more purchases with them.

However, after looking at all the negative review I would suggest looking for a new courier as Yodel couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and that's hurting your reputation.

Ordered t-shirts in size XXL after referring to their size guide (which states pit to pit measurement of 24.6inch). Items arrived much much larger at 26inch. The company confirmed a manufacturing fault and agreed to refund but only on return of the goods. No compensation/discount code or money off offered despite my time wasted arranging return and inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Excellent Service and Fast Customer Support

I ordered a gift for my father from Art Of, but accidentally selected a size L instead of XL. I contacted customer service, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I ordered the item to Denmark, and all shipping information was clearly communicated throughout the process. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his new sweater.

Great product, they could just do a better job of clarifying the delivery dates. E.g website says despatch in 2 working days but I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Friday.

I ordered a t shirt for my husbands 60th unfortunately received an incorrect tshirt.Bailey immediately organised a free return & correct shirt arrived a few days later.No quibbling just very good customer service.thank you

When I first ordered from Art Of I was nervous about ordering from a brand that was new to me. After my first order I was hooked! Great quality, designs, and options. I am located in the United States and the shipping experience from the UK has been great each time. Could not recommend Art Of enough.

I ordered from them a week and a half ago now. It's a birthday gift for my brother. Yodel have had my parcel for over a week. I have been chasing Yodel for five days. They opened an investigation on the 16th. The investigation is supposed to take 48 hours. It's been over 72 hours and there's still no update. I have brought this up with the retailer and they won't do anything else about it. They say I have to keep waiting which is disgraceful. My brother's birthday has now passed and I have no gift. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. They're not willing to help me. Yodel have had more than enough time to fix this and investigate this.

Edit: your investigation was only prompted after I had managed to get Yodel to investigate. After waiting 72 hours, I was told to wait and when I mentioned being unhappy, that was when you finally offered a replacement item. The delivery fee was refunded but I feel that was more of a moral obligation, as opposed to a gesture of goodwill as Yodel tracked delivery is 2-5 business days and it's now well over that. It was the lack of empathy and urgency shown by your customer service team that have really let me down.

My t-shirt arrived within 3 working days, meaning I can wear it in Istanbul for the final! Massive thanks to Bailey for their amazing customer service.

I've purchased from AoF twice now and on each occasion I've been really impressed. The quality of the clothing is excellent, the cotton T-Shirts are durable, wash well and look great, what more could you want?! On my 2nd purchase, I had an issue with the delivery nothing to do with AoF, it was a Yodel problem. However, the way it was handled was brilliant, great communication and excellent customer service. Shout out to Bailley who handled my enquiry and supported with the resolution of the problem, what a rockstar! If you're sitting on the fence with regards to making a purchase from AoF to quote another clothing brand 'Just do it' i assure you, you won't regret it.

Item I bought was too small , no issues with returning it and reordering. Customer Service was great . Would definitely recommend and will be buying in the future from this company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, they were so quick to come back to any questions I had about my order, and the hoodie is brilliant quality, really heavy fabric and the stitching is perfect. Definitely a 5 star company.
