Immeasurable Customer Service Quality
I ordered a multi-panel vertical photo and unfortunately on the day of delivery one of the photos was missing. I reached out to customer service for help and Caroline A. jumped right on it. She opened an investigation internally and with the shipping company and kept me apprised of the progress throughout the entire investigation. Her team also assisted me with ordering the replacement piece and closely monitored it until it was delivered to me. The quality of the product that artdesigna delivers is unmatched, but their customer service is really what makes this company stand out. In a time where good customer service is impossible to find, artdesigna brings the at home/family feeling back into the online shopping experience. They have gained a lifetime customer in me and I will be singing their praises to everyone I know looking for pieces to enhance their living space. Thank you all for all you do!

UPDATE:
I have sent the pictures out of my pocket and I have delivery confirmation. The shop still refusing to issue the refund. So now I am left with no pictures ant no 370euro.
ArtDesign is that your business model? Well played congratulations.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Artdesigna. The pictures advertised on the website showed a clean white background, but what I actually received were glass prints with a green background that look nothing like the advertised photos. The product does not match the description at all.
To make things worse, when I reached out about a return, the company started ignoring my messages. I now have to pay high return shipping costs out of pocket. Thankfully, PayPal is helping me sort out the return — otherwise I’d be left with products I didn’t order and no support from the seller.
Overall, very misleading business practices. I will never use this business again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Please note that our products are made on real glass, and glass naturally has a very subtle tint; especially visible in white tones or depending on the surrounding light. This is not a defect but a natural characteristic of glass, and it is the same with all glass products. We have been selling this design for many years on our website and other marketplaces with great feedback, and such concerns are extremely rare.
As mentioned in our return policy, customers may return items if they are not satisfied; however, when there is no defect or production error, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In your case, the product you received matches the design sold, and there is no technical issue or deformation.
We always try to explain these details transparently to avoid any confusion. That said, we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we are following the case with our related department closely.

I purchased several glass wall art pieces. 2 arrived completely shattered, they do not reply to any emails. I would not risk supporting this business as they do not know how to package properly and will not make things right if pieces are broken in transit.

I've longed for a custom round picture…
I've longed for a custom round picture for my office for years but needed something classy, not just a picture you slap on the wall, which is what has been offered. With Artdesigna I found this and received something much more spectacular. The picture was incredible and the glass added a very classy touch. It's exactly what I wanted, and more.

Commerce à fuir, produits de mauvaise qualité
Grosse commande, mauvaise gestion de la livraison et surtout l'un des cadres en bois (plus de 600 € le produit !) est abimé : peinture mal répartie, rendu horrible. Je tente de me faire rembourser ou obtenir un avoir, on me balade avec des mails bateaux, et aucune solution n'est proposée. On me demande la photo des cartons (certainement pour renvoyer la balle aux livreurs... bref), mais aucun retour concret. COMMERCE A FUIR !!

Order a twin pack skateboard art
Order a twin pack skateboard art, only received one skateboard. Which is really good quality.
The company got back to me. FedEx never confirmed that I had another parcel in transit..
So FedEx is the only down point.
Art work is quality.

Excellent product
It was a seamless ordering process. Tracking included and did not take long to arrive. The product when received was stunning. I was honestly was not expecting to be as blowen away as I was. I absolutely recommend it to anyone. Will be a nice addition to any type of living space.
