What I appreciated most about this company is that they kept at the job until it was done to my satisfaction. It took awhile, longer than I would have liked, but instead of being one of those companies that will just leave you high and dry, Artisticwebstudios and especially Melissa Conner stayed the course.

There were some snags along the way that required greater effort from her and her developer (Norman), but they kept at it until the site worked 'exactly' the way I wanted it, the way we had originally agreed upon.

So at the end of it all, I'm pleased with Artisticwebstudios, Melissa and Norman and their supporting cast (whoever they may be) for being an honorable and talented group that finish what they started. Kudos.

Shortly after my site went online, a very important email page stopped working. When I contacted Melissa about it, she assured me they would make it right. Many days would go by and no updates. I would repeatedly have to inquire what the status is. After weeks went by, she said they could not fix the page.

I gave them a compromise. I would fix it myself, but I needed them to use my old email page and make it look like the site they built for me. I would take care of the logic. They agreed, but over and over again after many many days/weeks it seemed they just forget about you. The fix should take no more than a couple of hours, but instead I'm clearly put at the bottom of 'forget-land' pile.

What was a good review when the site was finally finished now is a horrible review. Avoid companies like this that make you think they will take care of you but then go silent requiring you to continually ask what's going on.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

This is a solid crew. I called seeking a website re-brand and they made many suggestions for improvement. The website was top-notch and I receive tons of compliments on it. They next suggested SEO which was worth the money, and they continue to work with me to my company get its brand out there. They have also done my business cards and other marketing collateral. Overall, I have been very impressed with their attention to detail and responsiveness. They are quick to turn around any changes or new work that I need, and they are incredibly helpful. Most important, they work with me on the budget as all this work adds up quickly. I think the thing that I like the most is having a single point of contact, Kevin, has been wonderful to work with.

I will start off by applauding Celine for her unlimited level of patience. I am not very savvy when it comes to anything computer oriented so this revamp of my website was frustrating for me (and probably her too.. but she never showed it!!) Every problem or tweak that I wanted or needed fixed she was on it. She explained how things worked when it wasn't clicking with me. She heard me when I was wanting things written in my voice and let me do that part. I did end up hiring them to do the marketing side of things because I am not at all good at posting on social media. she has put together beautiful cohesive posts that are elegant but don't stray too far from my organic natural vibe. I think that the finished product is so great! We have it nailed. My website looks awesome and I am already getting more followers on my social media sites.
Now, I'm not going to say it was all sunshine and happiness. Sometimes, I felt that her team wasn't quite getting some of the key issues needing to be addressed. I felt that it took a lot of repeating to get things done the way I wanted them. That being said, Celine worked late nights speaking to her team and made sure it was done to my satisfaction.
I was nervous hiring this company because I came upon them by accident really. I did my research to make sure it was a valid company and after all is said and done, yes, I do recommend this company!! I am so happy with the finished product and it wasn't super expensive. Celine is a rockstar! And I feel like a legit business now and am proud to have people looking into my site! My experience so far with Artisticwebstudios has been fantastic so far, mainly due to Celine. She has been very attentive to my website needs and several changes I have requested, to end up with a perfect site for me.

I had a few logos to get done. They managed to do them all. They did an AWESOME job with them.

I had the pleasure working with Celine from artisticwebstudios. I decided to give them a try to help out with my dental practice website. When it comes to web design I am very particular about how I want things done. I went over my vision with Celine and I can sit here and say I am 100% satisfied with the way my website design came out. Whenever I needed a revision the team at artisticwebdesign followed through until I was satisfied. We had daily check in updates with the website so I was never out of the loop with what was going on. I highly recommend them giving and trying them out for yourself. Artistic web studios is very good for the money Daniel was very helpful and answered every time I called my only complaint is the length of time it took to get the product accomplished but the final product was very good so it depends on what you're looking for..
