Look elsewhere. Poor quality and so far no response from their customer service.

bought a Mr Peabody & Sherman t-shirt that was horribly off-centered as far as the image, sent him a picture they said they'd make good on it sent me a shirt that was exactly the same way and then only partially refunded my money because I didn't want to mail both of their crappy t-shirts back to them so they kept the original shipping charges.
will never ever buy anything from them again lousy quality control and basic quality

I just received my tee which is good quality and well-executed graphics.
Other reviews advised to order up, one or two sizes. Being a small-medium, I ordered a Women’s XL, figuring it could be taken in if necessary.
I cannot get it past my shoulders!!!!!!! Guess it’ll be one for the trash can; very disappointed!

Ordered a baby onesie and a large paper gift bag. They packaged the paper gift bag in plastic mailer with NO firm insert- so the paper bag (which is part of the baby shower gift) was totally crumbled and crushed. I can't use it as a gift.

This company is a joke. I ordered a t-shirt that came with the image so pixelated it was obviously expanded 150000x more than could have been properly.

I emailed the company for a refund with photo evidence of how bad the product was. They agreed that it was as bad as could be, but said they wouldn't refund me until I went to the post office and mailed the product back to them. I told them I didn't trust their company and wouldn't put myself deeper in a financial hole with them. I'm just going to call my card company for a chargeback.

Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. purchased a couple of DTF transfer decals that were $1.43 each. One of them was unusable. They refused to send me a new different decal that was usable.
Poor customer service over a $1.43 Caution before you buy..they will not provide you a exchange or refund for any products they send you that are defective.

Artistshot is a scam. I ordered a red onesie for my son with cheezits logo on it. Instead they sent me a red onesie with an offensive image on it. They would never reply to any of my emails. Do NOT use this company!!!

ZERO STARS! ORDERED A COLLEGE FRATERNITY BACKPACK GOT A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER FROM "DHL" SCAMMERS!!!! I'M FILING A FRAUD REPORT WITH MY BANK AND REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK. WITH WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL PROVIDED ON "SHIPPING" EMAIL.... THE EMAIL BOUNCES BACK FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I got a set of button pins and stickers for my daughter's birthday party and they were a huge hit!! The quality and colors are both great. Will def order again!

The snapback I ordered is fantastic<333 The fit is perfect and the quality of the embroidery is top-notch. It's stylish and comfortable! And I love that I could customize it to my liking.

I recent bought a tee shirt from Artistshot. The delivery was prompt, but the shirt was extremely oversized. I tried washing twice to shrink it, but it was still way too big. After washing twice I couldn’t return it so I’ll donate it and never again use this vendor. A warning to all that my Artistshot shirt was an inferior product. Also, They didn’t reply to my message of complaint.

Horrible service. Do not order. They take your money and do not provide anything in return. Stay far far away.

The college hat I ordered was delivered within a week and was exactly as I ordered, even a better quality!

I have bought from them once before and I got my order! We loved it! No issues what so ever. It's been a year and I am going to order again. My order has been placed and I'll come back and let you know.
Follow up: I received my order! Every thing looks great except the size. I ordered a 3T for my son and it's so SO small. More like a18- 24 month. If this is the case and they run so small, I'll need a 5T! I am going to see if I can do an exchange- we will see how that pans out. Update a few days later I recived my exchange. Only down side is you have to pay for shipping to return. Then they send your exchange back to you on their shipping dime.Toddler sizing runs small. Their 5T is more Mike a 3-4T. It's perfect. Just size up!

ArtistShot scammed me...they never sent me my order #0000518566 dated 14th Mar even though they have charged me for it and they never response to any of my attempts to get an explanation from them.It is hopeless to try to get in touch with them,Whatever you do, do not buy anything from them.

I was so excited to get my product, but when I did the placement was TERRIBLE and even though I went through customer service, they sent me back the same hoodie, not fixing or following any instructions....in the meantime, I paid for shipping 3 separate times!

I ordered an Mis Amigos hat and paid for express shipping (which was at much as the hat). Not only did they process it as standard shipping but they sent me the completely wrong hat. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. It took three days for them to respond to my email and then they expected me to pay for shipping when it was their mistake.
