Nice space, easy access.

An excellent apartment with all the home comfort. A truly 5star experience. Then to top it off the service provided by artsy property went above and beyond.

The apartment is nice but the shower in the main bedroom was dirty. There are no hooks to hang towels. There was no power twice during our stay which meant no water to bath or cook. The property owner is not very helpful or considerate. There was no key to the balcony so for 9 days we were unable to make use of it. We could not use the washing machine because it was full of the property owner's sheets.

This accommodation was such amazing value for money!! Spacious. As two women travelling we felt safe and secure there. Easy connection to the West End on the Bakerloo line.

The one and only thing that let it down for me was the cleaning. Bed linen and towels were changed, but it was clear from the dust everywhere that the property had not been swept/mopped and the furniture in the living room had all been pushed into one corner. Did the cleaners forget maybe?

We found the flat very good indeed — the location was perfect for our purpose, and it was very clean and well organised. My only suggestion would be to provide some coat hangers and kitchen knives.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La primera noche la pasamos con frío extremo porque la calefacción no funcionó, avisamos y no se activó hasta la mañana siguiente. Además, el sofá cama no tenía ropa de cama ni mantas suficientes, y la única que había estaba sucia. El apartamento tiene un olor constante a humedad. También descubrimos que la campana extractora estaba rota y desmontada desde antes de nuestra llegada, por lo que no pudimos cocinar y tuvimos que tirar la comida que compramos. La última noche volvimos a quedarnos sin calefacción, en plena ola de frío. En cinco días desmantelaron dos coches en el parking del edificio, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguros. La comunicación con Brandon fue amable, pero el apartamento no corresponde a las fotos ni a la categoría del anuncio, ni al precio que pagamos. No recomiendo este alojamiento.

A very good apartment, modern and very well furnished

Lovely apartment, well styled in subtle art deco that compliments the buildings architecture. Perfect get away for those with a love of vintage.

Nice place, good hosts

Een ruim appartement dat bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien is. Tevens zeer schoon en netjes. De host reageert zeer snel en is attent.
Metrostation is op loopafstand en dus een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad Londen te bezoeken.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and exactly as described. The host was amazing, very responsive and kind enough to accommodate our late check-out request, even with new guests arriving later the same day. We’re truly grateful for that!

Although the house isn’t right in the central London area (located in Scrubs Lane), the bus stop is just a short walk away and makes it easy to get to nearby tube stations. Plus, Westfield Shepherd’s Bush and White City are just about 5 minutes away by bus make it super convenient for shopping and food options.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's a great location, and very easy to get anywhere in London, with both the Tube and bus stops just a short walk away. The neighborhood is lively and full of great restaurants and cafés. The apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable and with four people we had plenty of room to relax.
Check-in/out was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommended for anyone visiting London!
