Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located!
We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, it’s just a short walk to the train and bus stations, making it super convenient for getting around. Sainsbury’s is only 5 minutes away on foot, which was a huge plus for grabbing essentials.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing family trip. The hosts were great guys, responsive and accommodating.

10/10 location. 20 minute walk to Liverpool Street.

1/10 cleanliness - dirty socks from the floors, a layer of dust and filth across the floors and a lot of the surfaces. Both showers have issues. Mouldy bathrooms with poor ventilation. Broken toaster. Broken fridge door. The toaster was mentioned to the host who clearly did not care. Rubbish curtains. Windows do not close and lock properly, it’s so noisy.

We booked 6 nights and the apartment is similar to the photo except that the table was smaller only 4 chairs. There is no air conditioning. If you open the window you can hear all the train sounds so it’s very noisy 24hrs a day. The beds are bad quality. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t book again.

We came from Australia, and the booking instructions were very straightforward, especially regarding directions to the property and the check-in/check-out process. When my family and I arrived, we were pleased to find the apartment spotlessly clean in every corner.

The location is great only about 25 minutes from the city centre with no traffic and the area itself is quite new, so the apartment felt modern and spacious. One of the best parts was the PDF file sent in advance, which included all the necessary information, including the Wi-Fi password. It made the whole experience hassle-free.

Even though everything was clearly outlined, the host was still very responsive, replying within 10 minutes whenever we had a question.

Highly recommended!
